I like the storage capacity (1TB). However! When I initially tried to transfer files to the thumb drive, using my laptop, I got an error message. I reformatted the drive and the error went away. There were no files on the thumb drive prior to me doing a quick format. So, I have 90 GB of data to transfer and it started ok. Then it ran into problems when transferring images. Just regular ordinary. Jpeg., gifs, etc. It would not copy them. There were so many it wouldn’t copy its kinda pointless to use the device. It’s impossible to compare what files transferred over because there were so many that wouldn’t transfer.
Note: it was formated with exFAT with an allocation unit size of 256 kb.

Used to capture photos for “storage”, small, compact, powerful, easy to use.

I only gave it a 3 star rating because I can’t seem to get it to copy or move my pictures from my phone while keeping them in the assigned folders/albums.

This product does in fact have 1 TB of storage. Really easy to add external storage for my phone. Easily attach and eject when not in use.
The thing I don’t like is how snug the fit is when putting the USB into a USB port on my PC. I was genuinely concerned I was going to break prongs off.

The Packaging and Handling was great and all just like always thanks to Amazon and their hard working employees. But when my Uncle used it for the third time it broke, guess I will have to buy just a regular 1 TB and not a 3 in 1 TB.

I was so happy to find this! I was losing pictures little by little but with this…I can download daily and keep everything.

– For starters, it is somewhat flimsy with the USB and MicroUSB head. It does not take shocks and general jostling well.
– I don’t know if it a hardware or software issue, but for some god forsaken reason files on it keep getting corrupted often.
– It also has issues when writing large amounts of files. I was replacing an old drive that was showing its age, but when trying to transfer it all (about 100 gigs of various PDFs, spreadsheets, images of different formats, CSVs and documents) it would regularly disconnect no matter the file system, be it FAT32 or NFTS, or OS, be it Windows or Unix based. It would also get *really* hot as well, probably contributing to the issue.
All in all, I’ll probably use it as a throwaway drive but good lord did it feel like a waste of money.

Really good for backing up data on my MacBook Pro
