I have tried a lot of different multiport chargers from Anker and other vendors, and I have found this to be my favorite, primarily because it produces a consistent wattage from each of the ports, exactly as advertised. I was very dissappointed with the newer Anker 737 GaNPrime 120w, for example, because that sent 90w charge to the main laptop port and the other two ports got a middling 15w each. And I complain about this, because Anker did not advertise what each port receives when you have three devices plugged in. You had to buy it and try it to figure it out (and I suspect many people are not able to figure this out).
Not so with this 736, what you see is what you get. 45w on the laptop port, 30w on the middle usb-c port, and 18w on the usb-a port, when all three are being used. This is sufficient to charge my ultraportable laptop, my iPad Pro or my camera, and my iPhone, all at a good conssitent rate. With every other charger I have had from Anker and otherwise, it has always been a mystery, and I discover, belatedly, that my iphone or ipad are not charging fast enough.
My only wish is that it were a bit smaller, and that it had integrated UK and EU adapter plugs. If that were the case, this would be the perfect travel charger.

I’ve invested wayyyyyy too much money in USB adapters/ blocks that will power older phones, but have insufficient wattage to fast-charge the last 3 or 4 generations of iPhone / iPads. These devices need an adapter that can output 30w or more. Not only that, but many of the adapters that claim to be 30w, are half, or one third that, per device, if they have 2 or 3 ports. This one, however, is 100w overall, which can be distributed to up to 3 devices at once, in various wattage configurations. Costs more than the cheapie competition, but far less than the Apple official ones.

Lot’s of power delivery and cord options with the usb c/a ports. It’s just a little bit larger than I was expecting. Otherwise it’s awesome, fast charge compatible with my phone so that’s really nice.

The Anker USB C Charger is a game-changer for MacBook and iPhone users. Its lightning-fast charging, compact design, and compatibility with USB-C devices make it a must-have.
This charger is a lifesaver for simplifying my tech setup. It powers up my MacBook and iPhone quickly, eliminating the need for multiple charging blocks. Its portable design fits easily in my bag, and the build quality is solid, while making it smaller than the OEM apple charger for Macs.
In short, if you’re a MacBook and iPhone user looking for a single charger that excels in performance and convenience, the Anker USB C Charger is a fantastic choice. It has made my life easier and more organized. Highly recommended!

I grabbed one of these for travel because it was smaller than the laptop’s included power supply while offering additional ports for charging my phone and tablet. Typical Anker, a high-quality product that does exactly what is described.

This charging block does what it says it will do – it provides a whole bunch of power in a small package. I much prefer to have this single charging brick in my bag rather than having to carry around a heavy MacBook charging brick and separate phone and watch chargers. For its size, it also stays surprisingly cool to the touch compared to the Apple MacBook charger that it replaced.

I bought a USB-C charging cord for my 2015 Macbook that allowed me to switch to using just this charger for all my devices. I can plug in that older laptop, my wife’s iPad, and a USB A device or USB hub to handle all my low power device including earbuds.
Heavier than I expected but I’ve had nothing but great experience with Anker products, they’re my goto brand for cables and chargers now. Bought 2 of these, his and hers, one black and one white.

Does not power anything anymore. I first thought the cable I was using was dead, but after some troubleshooting with different cables/outlets, nothing changed. It’s dead. I am going to try Anker support to get a new one or a refund. And will update here once done
edit: received a replacement pretty quick so kudos to Anker support. Hopefully it will last longer this time

Although it might seem a little expensive this product is amazing and will reduce the need to buy multiple wall chargers. I have my phone and tablet connected to this right now and both charge great and still have space for another device. With everything being USB, but not including their own charging brick now a days this reduces the need to buy or save your old ones or even disconnect and re connect your most used devices. Definitely worth the convenience in the long run. For you Steam Deck users, it charges just fine and dare I say even a little faster with the appropriate USB-C to USB-C cable.

***Updated 9/7:
I originally gave this a 1-star review because it’s been charging inconsistently or not at all. If you plug it into a Gen 2 USB-C (3.2), it works better. Some laptops have both 3.1 and 3.2 USB-C ports. So, if anyone else has issues, try with the 3.2 USB-C port. It still works inconsistently (sometimes charges, sometimes doesn’t, but better.
Also, Anker’s service has been absolutely amazing, so that’s the main reason I’m giving this 5 stars. So many companies have horrendous service nowadays. It’s finally nice to work with one that cares about providing quality service to its customers.

I was excited to try out this charge since my wife and I often work on our devices side-by-side. Neither of our HP laptops charges consistently or won’t charge at all. I confirmed the USB-C ports on each computer work fine because normal chargers work. However, the Anker doesn’t charge either one, and sometimes it will only charge one computer for a short time.
I was hopeful, but this was a big disappointment. I have used other Anker products without issue. Now, I have to figure out when I can return this, unfortunately.
