Like any audiophile, I have more than one pair of really nice headphones and they weren’t cheap. Many folks simply lay their “cans” on their desk when not in use, but I need the space so I looked for a solution that wasn’t permanent and wouldn’t fall apart – allowing my headphones to “hit the deck” as it were. I tried these headphone hooks and was pleasantly surprised at their build and versatility. The hook part rotates to it can adapt to wherever you have placed the hook, and now my headphones are safe and organized!

This product is plenty strong enough to hold headphones, but I definitely wouldn’t try to put a backpack or even a purse on it. (The advertised weight limit is 1kg/2.2lbs.)
The clamp seems strong enough for the intended purpose, but not strong enough to prevent all motion.
The arm that holds the headphones rotates fairly easily, and locks every 15º, but I don’t know if it would have full strength at any angle other than straight out or straight in.
You can’t mount this arm above the surface you’re clamping to; it’s designed to hang only.

It’s a great bit of gear, being a clamp it does struggle with my angled desk, but is overall fantastic.

My desk is made of square and round tube steel, with a glass top. The ends of the desk, where this would mount to, is fairly thick at just over 1.5″ and I was afraid the headset hanger jaws wouldn’t open up enough to clamp on, but it does and it is quite secure.
There is enough hanger space for me to hang 2 sets of headphones on it, with one of them being a large, bulky set of skullcandy over-the-ear headphones. There is also a small clip on the side where you can wrap the wires from your headphones so they don’t lay on the floor.
Another cool feature is you can rotate the hanger if you want it tucked under the desk (my preference) or jutting out from the desk.
This headphone hanger has been great and keeps multiple sets of headphones organized and easily accessible.

I got tired of my gaming headset laying around on my desk or getting kicked around on the floor and wanted a mount I could easily move around and install in different orientations. This one was perfect. The spring-loaded clamp is easy to use but strong and holds in place well. The rotating cradle is wonderful as it let me put the clamp at the far end of my desk but angle the holder towards me so I easily store/retrieve my headphones. The built-in cable clip is handy, though isn’t quite large enough to hold a fully coiled heavy cable like many gaming headsets have.

This product is a good cheap headphone holder that isn’t just a rack that will take up a decent amount of space on your desk. I like that it clips to the edge since that frees up a lot of space and it can still look visually good.
My main issues for the product are 1: the headphone hook can rotate 360 degrees, however that can cause the clip to loosen and maybe even fall off your desk (hasn’t happened to me but it looks like it could) and that can be quite annoying if you want it to be secure and stationary instead of slipping around as you rotate the hook out and in and 2: the clip used to attach it to your desk is very hard to open back up, I understand that could be for stability but as mentioned before its not the strongest.
A personal issue I have with this product is that it doesn’t clip fully into my desk, my desk is very small and the edge I want to clip it to is on the far end of my desk. Since my desk has a wall there and not just 4 legs, it stops the clip from fully going inside and makes it very unstable.
The product is good but it has a few minor problems that stop me from giving it a 5 star.

This item works as intended and is really easy to install/set up. The material feels fairly sturdy, and doesn’t feel cheap to me. That being said, I wouldn’t be too rough with it if I were you (wouldn’t want to push my luck). It looks nice and not as bulky as I imagined it would.
However, I would like to note that the white color is not a true, bright white. It’s definitely a more neutral or warm white, and likely won’t match your electronic aesthetic if you have white electronics. For example, if you have a white Xbox with white controllers and a matching white Turtle Beach Bluetooth headset, this hook is a very noticeably different shade of white from all of those items. Such is the gamble of buying white gaming accessories. I had a feeling I should’ve gone with black just to err on the side of caution, but I didn’t and now my aesthetic is displeasing.
Aside from that, this hook is easy to set up and easy to mount. It has excellent silicone pads for the mount to grip to your surface, as well as silicone pads on the controller mounts to help them stay in place. The item works as intended and I’m pretty happy with its functionality. Overall, I’d recommend this product with the caveat that you stick with a color other than white so that your aesthetic remains pleasing to the eye.
