Much better than the silicone band I received with my watch. Very breathable for the summer. My only complaint is that the fabric is harder to wash clean, but that’s the nature of fabric.

I probably could have lived with the standard Pixel Watch band, but my spouse also got a Pixel Watch and found that band too non-breathable. I hunted around for alternatives for her and found a few that it seemed as if she’d like, including one of these two-packs (a blue + black combo).

Turned out that she preferred a woven style band that we ordered, so she left me with this two-pack.

I noticed that my Road ID band (like a Medic-Alert kind of thing) for the Apple Watch looked like it would fit this band (it kinda fit on the standard Pixel Watch band), so I tried it and, sure enough, it fit!

However, that’s when I realized that the blue band and the black band were different widths and my Road ID band fit on the blue band, but not the black band!

All of this is a long intro to the good customer service I received: I emailed the vendor, letting them know that the black band was too narrow (I guess we could call it a “woman’s” band?). Within a day or two, Emma replied, asking for a photo of the two bands (which I sent) and she quickly replied with an apology and mentioned “You are purchasing from our early stock, so the black band is a little off.”

She guided me to purchase a gray + black combo and said that when I did so and provided her with the order #, they’d refund my purchase and sure enough, it probably wasn’t 24 hours after I ordered the other combo and sent the order # that Emma refunded the purchase. (There was some tiny issue with tax, but whatever.)

I got the the gray + black combo today and I just swapped my original blue band for the new black band and it fits just fine and the Road ID band works just fine on it (all as expected). And an unexpected bonus is that the new combo has metal lugs. 🙂

I know that small vendors (like I imagine Oaktech is) live and die on reviews and even though there was an issue with one of the original items in the combo, they quickly made it right (and a little beyond, since I now have an extra gray band and the skinny black band).

This band had a great fit was easy to adjust and does not bother my wrist when I type. Very important to me as I type all day long. Definitely would suggest this product.

They were kinda scratchy but not too bothersome, until they started to stretch out and adjusting the band never helped for long. So they were good until they weren’t I guess. Good thing it’s a 2 pack.

I have tried multiple different band types – and by far these have been the most comfortable. I barely can tell il wearing my watch! Soft, elastic, lovely. The size doesn’t stay perfectly put as some mentioned and I have found it to loosen a bit with activity – but it’s simple to fix. I also wish it was a bit more water resistant as it holds water for a long time when wet and can be a bit uncomfortable then. Otherwise I love these and they are my new day to day wear!
