Expiration dates on the boxes were scratched out and the cartridges did not work.

Earlier this week added new ink cartridge & printed first page, very light. Removed cartridge, shook it a bit & reinstalled. Tried printing again, even lighter. Tried one more time, same outcome. Very dissatisfied with this order. Now scrambling to get ink & print seating charts for event in few days.

I want my money back. I tried to use the colored cartridge- it is empty. I’m afraid to try the black one- did not come in package as pictured.

HP seems to provide more ink than any other brand I’ve tried, so for the money it’s a good buy, plus HP guarantees its ink in my HP printer. Now that my desktop is also HP, the use of any other brand shuts down the printer, though there are bypasses out there on the Web. I prefer quality for my money.

I just got around to installing these two so called “NEW” print cartridges (92 and 93) All I get are blank pages, I ran all HP tests nothing is printing. What kind of garbage are you selling? It wasnt even in the original box when it arrived. Are you guys refilling them abd repackaging them as NEW ? Thats FRAUD and I’m reporting it. I want a full refund.

I use this ink in my HP printer like 4 pages and is almost gone!! Print quality is No good at all!!
