I purchased this laptop exclusively for my remote work because it was cheap and my job requires little to no fancy computer work. I’ve only had the device for about a year and about 6 months into owning it I’ve made the realization my grandmother’s fossil of a desktop operates at the same speed this laptop does. The only applications I have downloaded on this laptop are Chrome, Zoom, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Norton, Spotify, Facebook messenger and Discord. I’ve run into one issue after another, the keys randomly switch to caps like someone is holding down shift (could be my accidentally inputting a command but I don’t have this issue with other devices), the windows search bar won’t open/work, the desktop freezes and you can’t click anything, it takes ages for anything to open or save, its constantly making this low mechanical beeping noise, programs bug out on an OS level and that’s just part of the strange things I’ve encountered wish this thing. It just has that same feel of a really old computer you’ve downloaded too much too carelessly onto it and I’m pretty disappointed, but I suppose that’s the price you pay for a cheap laptop.

The overall design of the laptop is cute and simple though, and the screen is clear and colorful. The keys are kind of small and maybe a bit too flat and bunched together but you get used to it. I like thay it’s lightweight, pretty good for travel and I like the matte shade of white, a lot of “white” laptops are too metallic or silvery so at least this one lived up to expectations.

Overall if it weren’t for the performance issues I’d be satisfied- but performance with electronics is everything, especially when they’re less than a year old and used almost exclusively for work.

I’m had this laptop for a couple years now and use it for work. I’ve never had a problem with it.

I dislike the fact this computer would fight me every step of the way while I was setting it up. Appearently it was already set up. I know it said this computer would come with several Microsoft Apps. That’s fine, I use a lot of them daily at work and at home. It was never made clear that I would be in for a battle to change browers. It’s like inviting a person from Antarctica to plan your beach party in Florida. The Microsoft browser has no idea what I;m interested in and the people who designed it probubly don’t care. It has it’s own agenda and that’s fine, but not in my house. Back to the battle.
