Not sure if I’ll use the meat smoking one but the air fryer guide is perfect.. both look exactly like the picture.. Big size and stick well to my fridge

Just got this 2-in-1 Magnetic Meat Smoking & Air Frying Guide and it’s been a really helpful guide in the kitchen for me and family members. The magnet sticks right to my fridge, making it super easy to check times and temps. I’m loving the wood flavor recommendations for smoking—totally elevates my BBQ game and I don’t need to guess. The air frying guide on the flip side is just as handy, especially when I’m trying to make healthier meals with less oil. Highly recommend for anyone who loves to cook!

It is a mistake to buy this. I cannot believe the meat smoking guide has so many incorrect information. See the red circles I draw in the photo. Based on their information, it will take many days (not hours) to smoke the pig, lamb and turkey, Such as the 16 to 18 hours per pound for the Whole Hog, and the 30 hours per pound for the whole turkey. There may be more mistakes. Check for yourself before you buy it. They need to fix them before selling them.

I followed the directions to a “T” when smoking my Turkey last month. After spending $373 on pellets for my smoker and taking off two weeks of work, I was so excited to enjoy my perfectly smoked Turkey.

Little did I know, smoking a Turkey for 15 days, as directed on the magnet would result in the picture I have attached. I am usually good at following directions, but maybe I misinterpreted? Attaching picture of magnet with directions as well. Please let me know. Should I reduce the time by a day or two next time? I have to wait for my PTO bank to replenish at work anyways so I have some time. Thank you!
