Just received 4 of the bins in a box that was packaged well with no damage to the interior boxes, but one of the bins was already cracked.
Update: I was emailed shipping labels. Sent the broken one back and was shipped four more (didn’t need the extra three) and later charged for the three that I didn’t need. Would have sent them back, but didn’t want there to be more confusion and charges.
They did fit well, but there is no improvement on quality. Just a screw up on Whirpool’s original design.

my mother bought a brand new fridge and about 1 year in the door compartment cracked and broke. I purchased this for her as a replacement and it worked out great! She now wants to purchase a couple of smaller ones to use as well

Two of the original bins that came with my fridge broke the very day I got the appliance and 2 years later another one chipped and another one split. I bought this to replace and it fit great, seemed sturdy. Unfortunately, within a month, this one started to split too. Let’s face it, some engineer, somewhere, should be ashamed of such a poor design. So now, I have this one wrapped on some designer duct tape. I mean, what else can you do? I don’t know if any other brand would be different. As I said, the original did the same.
