Bought these as stocking stuffers. I like the different colors, kind of sets the apart.

A great product, though purchasing three is a waste, as it only works with iPhones, as most other Apple gear is designed to use the full-powered USB connections, and do it quite well. Now that Europe is requiring them to use the now-standard USB plugs, they’ve merely cut their power, dramatically reducing their effectiveness and charging speed.

Especially since overcharging ANY electrical device dramatically reduces it lifespan and reducing its effectiveness. Still, the three-pack is helpful, offering a variety of different places to charge your iPhones–just not any other devices (ex: tablets, multi-port extensions, or desktop models). For those, a general fully-powered brand is much more useful. Though that’s inherently an Apple design flaw issue, rather than a quality control one.

Compared to ver1zons $40 for 1 unit, I got 5 for under $20. What’s not to like? They perform perfect. They charge pretty fast. Wife liked the colors. Have had no issues with stability. Probably won’t need any more, but if I do, I’d buy again.

I haven’t noticed a downside. I have bought 2-3 packs of these because no matter how many times I put a charger in my living room it’s always gone the next time out. I try to keep these and a decent knock off Apple cable around for anytime we need one around the house. They come in handy.
