This unit has been terrific! I have enjoyed the very nice and soft nugget ice. The self-cleaning feature is priceless. This has been a terrific 90% value buy for me.
I recently sent an email to AGLUCKY support because the machine stopped working one day and made a very loud screeching sound. Not sure what happened, but sent an email to the company’s support, and it has been two weeks without a response at all. My unit is not even a year old and I was extremely disappointed with the lack of support AGLUCKY has shown me! Lucky for me, I ran another self-cleaning cycle, and the cycle seemed to somehow fix the issue and my machine has been working since.
So I guess the reality is, this is a high value nugget ice maker. As long as it is functioning it is great. When it does have an issue or stops working, do not expect any type of support or communication from AGLUCKY.

I use this for a month already. I had another one before this and it was very hard to clean. This one is light, quiet and is easy to clean . This one instruct you how to clean. I definitely recommend this one.

I am OBSESSED! We moved and our new house didn’t have an icemaker. Between constantly having to fill trays, hard to crack, and taking up freezer space.. I looked hard for an ice maker. This one had a $20 off coupon and I had a $25 Amazon gift card. With all the price cuts, I figured it would be worth a shot. So glad I did! Follow the directions and it works perfectly. Not to loud..like a small fan maybe.. drops 8 cubes every few minutes. Transferring to our ice bucket in the freezer. Back stock ready to go! Loooveee it!
