Very Disappointed in this Dell computer. For 1500.00 it should have been tested before shipping. The Support person was VERY GOOD. A little hard to understand, but very patient. She had help behind her to back her up. She went online to my computer and verified the screen was malfunctioning. Mouse and keyboard were doing a bouncing betty…..and the screen would pop bubbles on the right hand side, causing the mouse to move over to the right, there was stuck to the screen to cause this….ufdah….When this screen is replaced and computer returned I will come back to add to this review….

When we decided on buying this computer, it being a Dell was a prime consideration as reviews for its products are generally quite good. As expected, the computer arrived on time, when it was promised and it was well boxed and protected. Everything that was promised to be included was included. Setup was not a problem as I have many years of experience of working with computers, including setting them up. The only thing that kept me from giving this a 5-star rating was the fact that had I not such an extensive background of working with computers, the setup would not have been as easy. I could well imagine some purchasers being on the phone with others, perhaps Dell themselves, as no setup instructions were included in the delivered package. In the past, as has been the case with other computers I have bought in the past, including Dell, such instructions were included.

I was suffering with another brand all in one that was slow and noisy and extremely frustrating. Got this, took it out of the box and plugged it in and my life is transformed. Fast, beautiful display, whisper quiet, super simple to set up. I don’t do anything fancy with it, but it looks great, sounds great and is nicely responsive.No regrets on this purchase.
