Be forewarned, I bought this unit for Thanksgiving. It doesn’t work and Amazon says it’s not returnable! How can an Amazon Prime purchase that doesn’t work not be returnable? They told me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer told me to contact Amazon. I have called, emailed, with no resolution. I am out $$ for a unit that doesn’t work, and seem to have no recourse. But they have my money! Unbelievable.

Perfect Sonic Nugget ice, makes it pretty quick too.Look, its a $500 machine, that is, for me, very very annoying.The squeals and squeaks from my unit, are unbearable, I have attached a video. BUYER BEWARE, and get an extended warranty! Which I will when I get my replacement unit.
