Amazon customer service, that is. Now when I look at the appliance on my counter, it makes me mad… because of the way that this improper double charge/return was handled by Amazon. When you make a mistake, I’m not supposed to pay for it. Need to be swift and accurate. everything that you can to make it right because your mistake. But nope. Told one thing did another. And if I can read my own previous chats, can customer Service not seeing them?? Nope causen every time. I I have to say “please let me Transfer you to my lead” And made me call back cause he couldn’t transfer me cause he was on cue to talk to senior leadership manager. Lololololo

In all. Great freaking waffle maker(when it’s new) great recipes online. Makes perfect and amazing waffles waffles (crispy) and soft luxurious soft Belgian waffles. Follow recipes to test and find your favorite. Highly recommend when it’s on sale. Follows the directions!! Make them from scratch. It’s a different dimension. Of goodness. Treat it well and carefully. Or it will never last.
Sorry for the 1 stars green pan. If was just terrible customer service. You really get 5. Just had to put it in a cabinet because it was making mad when I went by it. 🤦🏼♂️

Really nice. Have been looking for one with removable plates and original waffle size for quite a while. This is more expensive than I had planned on paying, but worth the splurge.
Have only used it once so far. So much easier to clean since it has removable plates. Love the fact that you can change heat/time to choose crispiness.

We used to have a horrible Belgian waffle maker. It took up so much space and you’d have to flip it over in order to cook it evenly. This waffle maker is so lovely. My favorite feature I believe is that temperature control. I used to have to deal with waffles that were raw in the center and so brown on the outside that you would have to chip a tooth to eat it. I have not had that trouble since we started using this waffle maker. There’s a little bit of a learning curve depending on what recipe you’re going to use but once you get down what temperature and time you need it makes waffles so simple and easy. They prepare really fast also. We have a family of seven and can get waffles done in less than an hour for everyone. Absolutely wonderful highly recommend this. I think it’s especially great for larger families.

As other reviewers have noted, this waffle maker is “a bit pricey.” But, if you love waffles and have the means, this is the one to buy! We like our waffles light brown with a fluffy texture, a combination that has been impossible with the other waffle makers we’ve had. Without the adjustments that this maker offers, it just can’t be done. On the other hand, if you like your waffles crispy, you can have them that way with this waffle maker. It offers a range of settings for all tastes and, on top of that, the plates are removable for easy cleaning. One other feature is that you get two sets of plates: traditional waffles and Belgian waffles. That gives you even more opportunities to change things up. All in, this is a great home waffle maker. I highly recommend it.

I thought a pricey waffle maker would magically make the perfect waffles, but it’s not there yet. First, even after reading the directions several times, I still couldn’t get the timing right. It takes about 15 minutes for it to warm, which is way too long to wait. Then after the first batch, I don’t have enough time to pour in the batter before the countdown starts again. It could very well be user error, but it really shouldn’t be that difficult. The waffles don’t come out that crispy, and I’ve used a couple of different recipes (one promising the crispiest waffles). I just want easy-to-make, crispy-exterior and fluffy-interior waffles.
Now, it’s really convenient that it makes four at a time. The interchangeable and removable plates make it super easy to clean. There are a lot of features that put this on the higher end of appliances. I just think it should be immediately user-friendly.

Amazing Waffle Iron!!! I love the 2 cook settings and they really make a difference. First you have a color setting Light to Dark in 7 levels, then you have Fluffy to Crunchy in 3 levels. The unit automatically adjusts its temp and time to achieve your perfect waffle. You get 2 sets of plates so you can choose from Belgium Waffles or Classic Waffles. The plates sets are labeled on one side with the type of waffle and the other side tells you which plate is top and bottom. There is a release button on the right side of the unit to remove the plates for changing and cleaning. The sides of the plates have this deep well to collect any spillage if you use too much batter to help reduce the mess. Once you select your settings using the knobs and push button on the front of the unit, it will set the timer automatically and once you press start it goes to work. It will beep once its complete. You can press stop to cancel at any time. The plates have a super slick ceramic finish, I did use some oil spray on them for the first time but then never needed it again for the next 4 sets of waffles I made. So, I would say its stick-proof. Waffles just fell off the plates. There is a lock on the left side of the handle, but you only use that for storage. When you do store the unit there is a wire pullout on the bottom of the unit so you can store the extra plates. Such a neat idea. Unit is really compact and easy to store in a cabinet. This is a fantastic waffle iron!!!! I’m a 5 darkness with a 3 crunch. its so cool how it just makes a perfect waffle.
