It’s touch screen so keep that in mind
It’s also an “All in One”
It looks great but the screen on mine went out less than 6 months after purchase.
HP do not apparently cover this.
I have rarely used the touch screen, yet apparently HP answer as to why it is broken is and i quote
    “HP Customer Induced Damage”
would i like to pay $322. to repair it
    No i would not strangely
Despite saying over and over that no damage was done by anyone in my household, all HP customer service would keep saying is, it is broken (i know this, as that is why i shipped it).
They even said it was internal damage.. I assumed at that point they understood that it therefore was not customer Induced Damage
    But I was wrong.
Then they offered me %40 off the cost of repair ??????
    or
Even a voucher for a different product?????
I guess I should have asked if the voucher covered the cost of a ” NEW SCREEN FOR YOUR SHODDILY MADE ‘ALL IN ONE’ UNIT”
It’s an all in one so either you fix the screen or it is Kuput.
But really ?? pay a third of the purchase cost to repair this product ,despite it being less than 6 months old.
Do i have to pay the same again in 6 months.
Do Not make the same mistake
It Looks nice ,, it really does ,, it is a great space saver , i loved the security of the Camera Sliding back into the unit when you don’t need it.
But Do Not waste your money
Between the poor quality of the product and the shocking lack of liability from HP Service Support.
This will only give you heartache

Oh yes and did i mention its a touch Screen ???.
There is some part of me that thinks a touch screen would by definition be stronger than a basic monitor, i never tested that, but i can say when it comes to this product, that would be a Very Wrong assumption.
The 2nd photo is the one HP sent me from the service center so i guess that is what i will be getting back.
That will be useful wont it.

    Do Not really DO NOT
Screen is not covered by warranty
    Screen is poorly made.
Screen will break and the “all in one” computer you own will become useless

    This HP model –

    24-dp0180

    – is one of the very few all-in-one PCs with the latest processor technology available now and it’s very well priced by Amazon. It has the 10th Generation Intel Core i7-1065G7 Ice Lake CPU with the superior Iris Plus integrated graphics, 16GB of speedy DDR4-3200 RAM and a 512GB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD. It is super fast. There is a 27-inch version of this model –

    27-dp0180

    – and a comparable or better 27-inch AMD-based HP model – 27-d0230z, but I would caution that you will clearly see individual pixels on a 27-inch 1920×1080 display. So, if you want a very fast non-gaming all-in-one PC that has an Ice Lake processor with Iris Plus graphics and DDR4-3200 memory, this may be the one. I also like that it comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse kit.

What’s not so great about it? The 24-inch 1920×1080 8-bit IPS panel is just okay. It’s bright enough, but response time seems high and there’s a lot of backlight bleeding. It’s perfectly fine for school and office type work, but if you care about high quality picture and video, then you may not want an all-in-one PC. The unit can be tilted forward and back, but its height cannot be adjusted. The camera image quality is not very good either and it’s too-wide-angle: it captures the whole room the computer is in. The sound quality from the speakers is okay. The fan noise can get very loud at times of high CPU utilization. I should also mention that this PC probably is not as easily upgradeable as Amazon would like you to believe. I’ve built a few tower PCs in the past, but I’m reluctant to perform surgery on this one. These are all minor issues that can be overlooked in a basic PC with such impressive specs.

It does suffer from a serious flaw, however. If the built-in 1×1 Wi-Fi 5 Realtek RTL8821CE wireless network controller worked well, the maximum link rates of 433Mbps on 5GHz and 72Mbps on 2.4GHz could perhaps be sufficient. Alas, it’s basically unusable on 5GHz and isn’t great on 2.4GHz either. Now, this may or may not depend on the kind of router you have, but there are many complaints about the Realtek RTL88xx series chips on the web and I am certainly affected using the Intel-based NETGEAR RAX40 router. There’s a lot of inexplicable packet loss and wild latency fluctuation (over 3,000ms for many pings), despite the fact that the PC is close to the router and no other devices in the same location have any issues with Wi-Fi. Installing the latest drivers and experimenting with adapter settings didn’t change anything. You may not run into this issue with a different router, but be aware of it.

In conclusion, I simply couldn’t find another fast and reasonably priced all-in-one PC with an Ice Lake or Zen 2 CPU and 16GB of DDR4-3200 RAM, so I put up with unreliable connectivity and tried to find a solution for almost a month. Sadly, I couldn’t do it and had to return the computer. If not for the problem with Wi-Fi, this model is really quite good and would get solid 4.5 stars from me.

I am very happy with this HP. I was using a MAC for a few years and its definitely a bunch of hype when it comes to Apple brands. I’m back with HP and never leaving. I was an HP user for many years at all of my work places. It was either HP or Dell and now I know why. Get this computer. You will love it. I must add I’m a web developer and this is much better for me! GO AHEAD AND PURCHASE IT.
