It takes up a good bit less counter space and works phenomenally! I had been looking in store at the newer multistream technology keurig units but am glad i chose this unit, the price to performance ratio cannot be beat, Great Deal!

I just got my 1-cup at a time Keurig today. I bought a used one for 47.00. It said “like new”, but it didn’t come in its original box which makes me think it was used a lot. Plus it was dirty. I cleaned it up and looked at instructions. I also thought it would be loud because of reviews mentioning that often. Very easy instructions and it was no louder than my printer. It sounds exactly like my printer when it does its job. I am really happy with it so far. It’s a tad bit larger than I expected, but fine. It looks nice. You fill up the water bucket and turn it on. Place coffee capsule in and close. It makes a “steaming” sound, and then the 3 cup size choices light up. Pick one, and it brews fast! Very hot, and fresh. I bought the universal reusable capsules and they worked perfectly. I’m excited to try different coffee in this Keurig. So far Very good! I hope it lasts awhile. Amazon managed to pack it pretty well, too. Which we all know is a hit or miss.

As a blind person I was looking for a hot water dispenser that would safely and accurately dispense 8oz of hot water for me without me having to deal with a normal kettle when I can no longer see. This was perfect! Very easy to figure out even though I’ve never used anything like it before, I was even too impatient to wait for someone to come help me read the manual so I just plugged it in, filled the water tank with filtered water, pressed the power button to let it heat the water, lifted the lid to slide the k-cup in, closed the lid to feel the needles puncture the cup inside, placed my own mug on the drip tray, then select the medium sized button between the smaller and larger sized buttons (ingenious to have all these buttons different sizes and even the power button is depressed inwards to differentiate it for me by touch alone), then wait for it to brew a perfect piping hot cup of coffee for me. I use it probably 5 or 6 times a day to make all kinds of teas from green to chamomile with my own favorite brands of tea bags, instant foods like oatmeal, ramen, mashed potatoes and so on. To use it as a hot water dispenser instead of a k-cup brewer you just lift the lid with nothing in it and close it then press the size you want. There are some good safety features in this, if there’s not enough water in the tank it wont heat up the water, if you dont lift and close the lid it also wont allow you to select a size to dispense. I don’t think it’s as loud as some reviews make it out to be, it’s about as loud as my old electric water kettle. It also only takes less than a minute to heat up and less than that to brew/dispense so I’m very happy with that since the old reviews i read said it took 4 minutes to heat theirs up.

The thing I like the most is that we can use our reusable coffee baskets on this model, my dislike is that it dose not hold enough water.

Love this machine. I had an identical one for years and it was starting to show blue light more and more. Can’t complain as we have family working from home and the Keurig is on continually. Finally got rid of my bigger coffee pot so saves a lot of room. Have tried other Keurigs but this is the best I have found. Compact for space but makes about 3 big mugs before needing to refill. No question about replacing it with any other coffee maker.

I love the red. It’s not made as well a my first, larger Keurig, and it’s quite noisy, but I love it. This model is all plastic.

I just bought my second machine! This machine works better than the larger, professional machine at work. It extracts more coffee making a more flavorful cup. It’s small enough for the smallest apartment, or to even sit to the side on your desk at work. It’s nice to have a small reservoir so you don’t have to pour water in the machine cup by cup. I use this for freshly ground coffee and it’s ready to use even before I have my coffee ready to brew. The temperature of the coffee is just right, even staying hot after adding a little creamer from the fridge. The only thing I’m questioning is that it makes an odd noise while the coffee is dripping into the cup, however, it doesn’t appear to effect its performance. I bought this while it was on sale for $50, so I’m very happy with the value.

It looks nice and is easy to use but it is LOUD. Ridiculously loud. So much louder than the one we are replacing. Also the coffee is much weaker. We are replacing a Hamilton Beach duo thermal pot and single brew combo. It still works great, just takes up too much space and we never use the thermal pot any more. So we saw this on sale. I’m disappointed at how obnoxiously loud it is and that my ten oz brew tastes like watered down coffee. Using the exact same pods as we used in the previous one, so I know what they should taste like. Hands down, this coffee pot is inferior. The only thing that saves the three star rating is that the water tank is removeable so I can clean it easily. That is this pot’s only saving grace. I thought Keurig was supposed to be really good, so I had no trepidation in making this purchase. I would not buy it again, nor would i recommend it to anyone that likes a strong, or normal, cup of coffee. If you like super weak brew or tiny cups so you need to use two or three pods to get a normal cup, then this is the pot for you.
