I’ve only had this for a week, but so far it’s been a pretty good laptop. Startup is very fast and set up was a breeze. The battery is used very fast, though, but I’ve read that touchscreen laptops eat battery. I love the touchscreen feature and the keyboard layout. I’m an accountant so the keypad layout is very important to me. This one is okay, much better than some, but not the greatest I’ve used. I am thinking of buying another for my son, so it’s definitely recommended.

I don’t know a ton about computers, but I was looking for something affordable that had the capability to multi-task, was well made/ comfortable to use (not that flimsy rough plastic you find on most cheaper laptops) and could play the occasional game/ run audio editing software and other ram heavy processes without freezing up. I did some research ahead of time, and found out that while the Core i3-1005G1 processor is not as fast as some of the latest pricier i5 editions, it has performed well in tests and satisfaction surveys, such that it appears to compete well with other mid-range processors. I have found this to be true. This pc runs like a dream, is very lightweight, has nice streamlined edges, a high-end appearance, and is loaded with the memory and ram that I require. It’s not a gaming laptop, but I have used it to play things like Hello Guest without any lags or freezing. I’m really pleased to have found something that I believe functions almost like an $800-1,000 laptop for less than 600 dollars. On top of that, it came right away in untouched condition, and it even came with an offer for a free 15 dollar Amazon gift card. A nice experience all around, and every time I sit down to use this laptop, I get that little pang of luxury, which is a rare experience when you’re in that low income bracket, like myself!

I understand this is an inexpensive machine and not a powerhouse. I only purchased for my husband who browses the web, checks email and plays solitaire. No hungry programs, no need for lightning gamer speeds. I initially had it connected to my machine which I assumed was causing the issue. So did a factory reset and started cleaner this time. It is linked to my MS account, but nothing else. After waiting nearly 5 minutes for the onboard mail app to open I gave up and tried to launch a browser. It was taking so long the machine went into sleep mode. Every right mouse menu I try to use to close things freezes in place. I am trying to connect it to a Lenovo account and I can’t even keep the browser moving enough to get there.

Only thing is that it takes a little longer then I would like to start up. Otherwise for what I need it for it, it’s perfect.

Great all around laptop. I bought the Core I-5 model with 1tb drive and 12gb RAM. It’s very slim and the keypad is great. I especially like the 10-key pad.

The only thing I wish was just a little better was the screen resolution. But, at this price, I’m more than willing to live with it due to the spec and quality of this laptop.

I had my last Lenovo laptop for 6 years, so I’m fairly confident that this one will last as long.

This is a great computer for the price! It’s super lightweight but not tiny. The graphics and speed are great. The start up was quick as well, all around a great laptop especially for the price!
