Very nice wireless keyboard. I use the one keyboard with two different systems by just selecting 1, 2, or 3 to switch. Very convenient! Thanks!

I am using this for my company Dell PC laptop and my personal Apple MacBook Pro. I’ve been using for about a month now.
For the most part is works as promised. Here’s the downsides:
    1) only one unifying USB is included in the package, yet the keyboard is designed to work on up to 3 devices. At least they could have included two Unifying USBs, or made it obvious in the description you need to buy additional ones before setting up multiple devices. Once a USB is tied to one device, it would take research to figure out how to assign it to a different device, it’s not an obvious setup.
    2) it isn’t as smooth an operation as advertised. Frequently it gets hung up between the two computer or monitor screens and you have to manually push 1, 2 or 3 on the keyboard AND manually turn the mouse upside down to select the coordinating number as the keyboard. It will work flawlessly for a while and then suddenly start giving issues. I don’t know if it would work smoother if all units were PC or Apple based.
    3) The keyboard is loud when typing on it. If I’m taking electronic notes while on a Zoom call, participants can hear me typing. Yes my Apple keyboard has some noise associated with it too, yet it’s significantly quieter than the Logitech keyboard.
    4) because of the glitchiness, when only using my Apple I go back to my Magic Mouse & Keyboard. The Logitech works great when permanently tied to my Dell laptop.
    5) I am using two laptop screens each with an additional monitor attached to each laptop. When moving from far right to far left screen it does sometimes hesitate on a middle screen. Many times I have to reposition my mouse on it’s pad to continue the movement, or be patient until the mouse “catches up” to the movement.
    6) because of the mismatch of dissimilar OS platforms, you have to compromise on the functions the keys perform. In some cases I just switch to the laptop keyboard to control the copy and/or paste functions. That could become an issue if working off of monitors exclusively when the laptops are closed. I did not attempt to redefine keys though that is an option.

Overall for the money and the lack of additional options on Amazon that I found, I would buy this again knowing there will be moments of frustration when it doesn’t want to move seamlessly between screens. Thankfully it’s intermittent.

This DOES have a Windows key. It’s the key to the left of the space bar that says “START” (over the “alt opt” on the same key).

I’ve been using this keyboard/mouse combo for almost an entire year, through two different computers. This has been nothing short of amazing. I had no issues syncing up to the computer(s) and it works great. I have to remember to give it a second to wake up. I know it’s time for a new battery when the mouse starts lagging.

It’s extremely comfortable and once I figured out what key was the Windows key, I loved it even more.

Keyboard and mouse have a great feel. I’m returning this and reordering the almost identical MK850.

    Don’t like:
    – Description is misleading unless you read the fine print. It looks like it will connect to three computers, but only the keyboard connects to three computers. The mouse only connects to two, unlike almost identical Logitech keyboard-mouse combos (e.g., MK850 — same keyboard, but different mouse).
    – Instructions are almost non-existent and cryptic. There is one diagram printed on the cardboard packaging, but it isn’t clear — particularly between connecting via Bluetooth versus Logitech’s USB Unifying receiver.

I have have the prior 850 version (for over 2 years) and needed another.

This newer version is the same as the prior EXCEPT that the mouse is now rechargeable.

I use this for writing and for me it has a good touch. The keyboard palm rest is a nice added as are the keyboard incliners.

The other great feature is the multi-channel capability, which comes in handy when you want to share the keyboard or mouse with other devices – phone, tablet, etc. This translates into saved deskspace because you simply press a button and keyboard/mouse switches to the other device. You can switch to upto 3 devices. I’m guessing a lot of buyers don’t see the application for this, but again it’s a HUGE space saving feature…and super convenient.

Finally, the keyboard and mouse connects via both Bluetooth and universal wireless USB adaptor. Again, Why is that good? Answer… Have an old device that does not have Bluetooth? . No problem, use the wireless USB adaptor.

So in summary, this product has it all.

    Highly recommend

First of all I love Logitech (Logi) products. I love that this has both Bluetooth AND Unifying Receiver connectivity. However, this one is not my favorite. The keyboard has a curvature to it – it rises near the middle. Maybe this is for egonomics, but I’m used to flat keyboards and the curve slows down my touch-typing. The wrist rest is cushioned, which is comfortable, but it’s hard to clean. Not exactly like fabric, but it seems similar. And the mouse is too small for my medium-sized hands. Probably good for someone with small hands, but a little hard to me to use with AutoCad at work. I think I’m going to try to return this and order Logitech’s MK650 (K650 keyboard and M650 L full sized mouse). It’s another Amazon’s Choice that seems to address my three specific concerns and still seems to have the same features (The MK650 has Bluetooth and Bolt while the is one has Bluetooth and Unifying)

Not used that often, but important for accessing certain Windows features. Need to see if there’s some key combo that can be used instead.

Long time user of Logitech product, I was looking for full size bluetooth enabled keyboard which can paired with three different devices, and MK825 combo seemed like perfect match. I find M585 mouse is really good comfortable to use with reach functionality. Keyboard however not so much. And main problem that keys on the keyboard don’t have even pressure. Some of them especially in the center like d,c,f,v,g,h,b,n,j require more pressure on the key to activate it, and space bar, OMG. Sometime it is difficult to feel it was pressed or not, also all keys feels like they sticky, and don’t return back quick enough. Overall keyboard functionality is good, I wish Logitech made “print screen” and “calculator button” as separate buttons, not working with “function” key, but this is minor issue. Mechanical keys is much bigger issue. Also when box arrived it was previously opened 100%, but keyboard seems to be new, I hope it is not a refurbish product.
