It’s alright. Got the X Elite chip and new Flex keyboard. Never had a Surface Pro before. It’s not quite as intuitive, smooth, or easy to use as an Android tablet. I thought it would be the perfect blend of necessary Windows OS for work and also having a tablet on hand, but I don’t think it’s going to work. It’s not as fun to use as a tablet vs Android and just barely not as easy to work on as a typical laptop. Wish it was a 4k screen. Oled is nice, battery life is sufficient after just 1 day. Everything else seems pretty sweet as advertised.

The best Surface tablet to date. It’s fast, doesn’t get hot like the Intel Chips, touch screen is smooth, OLED is fantastic, long battery life, and Prism emulation works on majority of the X86 apps I have thrown at. I gave it four stars because they killed Android emulation on these new ARM chips so you won’t be able to run WSA especially Bluestacks etc… So if you are going to buy this for the Android apps, wait till they fix it. This is the only reason why I returned it, but everything else is perfect.

The Surface Pro 11 is here, and it’s a tech lover’s dream. Here’s my take after spending some time with it. Portability: Feather-light at under 2 pounds without the keyboard and just under 3 pounds with it. It’s easy to carry around, and you might forget you’re even carrying it. Battery Life: Over 11 hours of battery life, a big improvement from my old Surface Pro 6, which barely lasts 4 hours. I can binge-watch, work, and play all day without needing an outlet. Display: The OLED panel is bright and vibrant, perfect for outdoor use. Thinner bezels are a breath of fresh air compared to the chunky ones on my Surface Pro 6. Performance: The Snapdragon X Elite ARM CPU with its 12 cores is a powerhouse. It handles heavy tasks effortlessly and competes well with Apple’s M3 ARM CPU. Day-to-day tasks feel smooth. Instant Wake and Sleep: The Snapdragon X Elite provides an instant-on experience that’s noticeably quicker than any Windows device I’ve used. It’s a real productivity booster. Ports and Connectivity: Two Thunderbolt 4 ports and a magnetic Surface charging port provide generous connectivity. Setting up my web development environment was a breeze, and WSL ran like a champ. Copilot Feature: The integrated Copilot feature, powered by the NPU, is fantastic, but the placement of the Copilot key (replacing the ‘Control’ key) is a bit annoying. My muscle memory is still adjusting. Upgradeability: The SSD is upgradeable, a feature available since the Surface Pro 8. The only downside is it uses an M.2 2230 form factor, limiting upgrade options.
