Used to have a plastic hamper for my kids but needed something sturdier for my very active children. This hamper is just what you need! It’s sturdy and the blue is gray enough for me that I don’t feel like it should be a “boy” hamper. Quality hamper you didn’t know you needed!

I’m obsessed with cotton-rope baskets, and I’ve gotta say OIAHOMY’s don’t disappoint. I have several from this manufacturer, and all of them display exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
This laundry hamper, which has a lovely blue-and-white design, takes an approach to handles that is different from any of the others I have. Instead of weaving the handles into the design as either a slit or “cutout” handholds, the handles here are composed of a doubled strand of rope threaded through slits in the basket and then wrapped with more braided rope. The result is handles that are as sturdy as they are pretty. I have not been able to get the handles on mine to stand upright as they do in the seller’s photos, but I don’t care.
The color is lovely, and the basket will hold a lot of whatever you decided to put in it. I expect it to last for a good long while.
Because the basket is folded flat for shipping, expect to expend time and effort to remove creases, but that’s a standard caveat with this product category.
As much as I love this basket, I’d have to think twice about the price. At time of review, the price ($69.99) seemed a bit steep to me — but if that’s within your budget, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

This is a nice little laundry basket that’s a step up from my plastic bin. It came in very plain and generic packaging. That being said, it appears very well made with absolutely zero chemical smell. It is a little on the small side for being listed as “large” hamper, but that works in its favor for ease of transportation. It’s fine for my regular schedule of once a week, aside from bedsheets. I’ll keep it in my guest bathroom for now though, as it is as attractive as it is functional!

I got this hamper for my sons room and it does its job. It is made very well, looks nice in his room, it is sturdy and does not collapse when he doesn’t get his clothes all the way in the hamper, I just wish it were bigger (I did not measure out the size which is clearly in the advertisement, so that is on me). It easily holds about 5-6 days of a 16 year old boys laundry, but for us it would be better if it held more.

The quality and size of this basket is really nice: it is thick, and made of cotton entirely, there is no plastic parts at all. The rope has a nice touch in hand, as compared with my current cheap hamper which literally hurts my hand. The basket itself is smooth and durable.
It comes folded in a compact package, so it takes some effort and time to restore its round shape. The size is good to hold sufficient clothes. Overall a good product and I would recommend.

the making of this basket is not straight up to measurement if it was supposed to look perfect, it’s bigger on one of the sides which makes it look weird. I initially thought it’s due to packaging and the way it was folded, but nop!!
