Love this ice machine, it’s easy to use. The instructions clearly state the DOs and DON’Ts. The ice is just right. The cream on top is it self cleans. If you like ice and you don’t want it to taste like the inside of the freezer or smell like a basement, this is your quick fix.😊

I love this ice maker! I just moved into a rental house and the cheap landlord did not hook up the ice maker in the fridge. I got tired of messy ice cube trays and waiting for them to freeze. I live in Florida so I use ALOT of ice. This is awesome- it makes ice fast and I love the nugget ice- and I can make it when I need it. It’s also super cute – I got the red one and it looks nice on my counter!

The owner’s manual is pitiful at best. It does NOT include info about how much water to put in. Heck, there’s more instruction on how to put on the handle than there is about the actual use of this machine.
Two lights are blinking alternately (ice full and add water). Well, the water is up as high as I can get it, so I don’t know if the blinking ‘add water’ light means I need to add more or that there is too much water.
Truly a ridiculous owner’s manual.
So, until I can figure out how to use this machine, my review will not be favorable. And if I can’t figure it out, I’ll be sending it back for a refund.

Despite the atrocious owner’s manual that is basically useless, this machine puts out a very good amount of ice. Up till I got the machine, I was having to make ice using trays. This machine puts out more ice in two hours than I could have made using the trays for a week.
4 Stars for Ice Machine, 1 star for owner’s manual.

This thing makes ice by submerging little cold metal prods into a tray of water (behind the scenes). The prods rotate out and drop the ice which slides down a ramp to be collected into a basket. SO, when you get the ice it’s dripping wet as this device is too inexpensive to be an entire self contained freezer.
It’s totally not a deal breaker, it’s fine, just expect it.
I like it and feel I got what I paid for.

I love love my ice maker. It’s so easy to. Make ice. I read the reviews before I purchased it. And some complains were really silly ( like it melts right away) that’s what ice does MELT. This machine is quite . Ice before you know it. Great purchase. You will not regret!

I like this machine! It works exactly the way it is advertised and the instruction are easy to follow. I was surprised at how large the item is, but that’s my fault for not checking the specific measurements more closely. The ice cubes are cute, and now I don’t have to listen to the frig ice maker clunking and popping during the night. Takes about an hour and a half to fill up the bag provided , and then harden them further in the freezer. A great space saver!

Work very good I love the size of the ice cubes and how fast it makes ice, gives a good full batch of ice. Fills up quicker then you would expect. I would buy it again and tell others to buy it. Great for parties and get together.
