01/07/23 Update: Still no problems with numbers on the dial coming off. Stuff has gotten between the glass on the door and there is no way to clean that. I put a pizza stone on the lowest rack above the burner and that has helped tremendously distribute the heat evenly. It still will not reach 490 degrees, the highest on the dial. I have cooked a turkey and a couple rib roasts and they turned out good. The stone in the bottom is a must have for all RV ovens.
The oven temperature is off by 100 degrees. The max temp it will do is 400. The glass top can be easily broken as it lays on the metal grill of the stove.
The gas connection is in the top left rear of unit. If your going to be close to the wall you might want to get a 90 degree 3/8″ elbow. I used a SHINESTAR 6FT Braided Propane Hose Extension, 3/8″ Female Flare x 3/8″ Male Flare, Flexible Gas Line which made the propane connection super easy. Also the settings on the knobs will not come off if they are used and cleaned properly.

I love my new stove. Easy to light with nice big burners. I went 5 years with my old stove only having 2 burners that worked and this stove boils water in just a few minutes Thank you

Packaging is excellent. Stove/Oven is very pleasing to the eye. It won’t be installed for a few weeks, so no review on the product at this time.

Just installed and works great… the inside of the oven is a little smaller than the one we took out but I’m still able to bake… just using small dishes.
After use I have to turn the oven higher. I purchased an oven temp and to cook at 350 I need to turn it to 375-380 to get it to the cooking temperature.
I still like the stove especially the glass window and oven light

Like the light so you do not have to open oven door. Glass cover which is another nice feature
Cooks well, even heat enjoy using it

Great oven! Was easy to hook up and is easy to run. Beautiful glass top cover. Would have gave it 5 stars but just under 3 months old and LED Light feature that we loved no longer works. I don’t see where you can replace it at, not sure if its the light itself or the switch.

I installed this range/oven 2 and 1/2 years ago. It installed great and looks very nice and felt it was a good product. My wife complained that it was a “slow oven”. I didn’t really pay attention to her complaint about it being slow. We camp with several other family members and often do meals together. many times we all put the same thing in each of our ovens as we were feeding 25 to 30 of us. Our oven always took twice the time to cook as the others and sometimes the food item came out looking different than the others. I finally recently put an oven thermometer in it and tested it and the temperature on the dial was way different that the actual oven temperature. Hence the “slow oven”. I called Greystone (the Manufacturer of the oven) and spent a half an hour waiting on the line for an agent and when she came on the line she listened to my problem and said that it only had a 1 year warrantee and beside that she has no parts as they can’t get them currently. I was willing to pay for parts because I had procrastinated in trying to solve the problem but was frustrated because there are no parts available. She said I would just have to “buy a new one”. I said I paid over $600 (with tax) for a new range/oven and it never worked properly in the first place and I can’t even buy parts for it and all you can do is tell me to buy another new one? She said “yes, I am sorry”. Well I am sorry I bought it from them. I told her I would not ever buy one of there products or from RV Pro again. She said she was sorry again. In checking the current ratings I see I am not the only one who has had this problem.
