Love this metal pod. The only problem I have had was the little rubber seal on the lid came off. I put it back on and now the top is off kilter. It no longer seals. I will but it again because the price was ok and it worked really great before the rubber ring came off. It Is still usable. You just need to be careful closing the top of the machine.

Fits great in the K-Express machine, but i think this product would benefit from less perforation because the water runs through it too quickly leaving a weaker brew. Glad I can use whatever coffee I want in it and can reuse it over and over not wasting plastic. My issue with water running through it too quickly can be fixed by buying the small paper filters to put in it.

I was looking for stainless steel replacement coffee pods that would be compatible with my Chulux coffee machine, so tried these (the 2-pack) and found they work just fine; there IS a pretty tight fit when clamping the cover down over them, but they still work. My biggest issue right now is that one of the pods’ ring around the bottom has separated from the base. I’m pretty sure this isn’t supposed to happen. So when I remove the cup from the machine I have to then dig further down and retrieve the loose ring. I don’t know how the manufacturer seals them to prevent the separation, but I’d love to know if there is something I can do to keep the ring attached. I’m afraid of losing it in the trash or some other awful fate.

Works perfectly when it is lined up properly but the orange paint washes off easily and that makes them stop working. I had to buy more and will not clean the tops on the new ones

These are work horses for our coffee routine! They catch enough grounds I don’t even buy compatible paper liners. The last tiny sip of your coffee might have a slightly concentrated fine ground where it settled to the bottom, but that doesn’t bother me. I can drink it or not. It’s better to avoid paper liners anyway because they wick away the coffee’s natural delicious oils. My husband and I rotate between the 4, either letting the k-cups dry out first then simply tap the grounds in a small container, or you can scoop out the grounds wet with a utensil. I dump the grounds in the landscaping when container full, to prevent grounds going to landfil (where they won’t decompose properly). The scoop and brush is very handy. We’re able to tap grounds out, brush the k-cup if needed, and refill. We don’t need to wash them every time. I recommend gently pulling off the silicone ring occasionally to give it a rinse and dry before placing back on. That will ensure a proper seal if grounds start to get underneath. I’ve had no leaking or overflowing issues at all. We personally fill k-cups completely for a stronger brew and have had no negative outcomes (directions advise less full).

It’s been a great product over the last two years. Infinitely preferable to adding plastic to landfill waste with the added bonus of no plastic aftertaste to your morning coffee.

However…do not wash them in the dishwasher. The dishwasher will wash off the orange stripe. I have a Keurig 2.0, and have discovered those orange lines are necessary.

One time in the dishwasher and the orange stripes on one of my pod lids are gone. No matter what, it will not work. The other lid works perfectly (but only when the orange stripes are placed facing east and west). I flipped the Keurig upside down and discovered there’s an “eye” on the left that apparently reads the orange stripe that’s on all the K pods. That’s why these pods will not work unless the lid is placed with the orange stripes facing east and west. (The arrow can point north or south.)

An orange sharpie cannot replace the orange stripes. I’ve already tried. I wish I could order a sticker a orange stripe.

I lost the gaskets on the lids a long time ago and found that it doesn’t matter. Initially, I replaced them with rubber bands, but then gave up. Sure the lid isn’t as snug as before but I’ve never have any problems as a result.

I bought 2 six months ago. I’d put one in the RV, one in the house. Two completely different models. Kuerigs are very finicky, so I was ecstatic they worked in both. Not sure why but all of a sudden the one in the house stopped being compatible. I’d just run it through the dishwasher, so maybe that was it? Or maybe they’re only good for 6 months? I’m ordering a new set cuz I love them. But will track how long they last. I feel like steel should last forever!

Works well, definitely a step up from the plastic ones my girlfriend had been using for ages. I’d imagine this will last longer as well, the metal definitely will, the rubber bits will be the real test. If it goes bad I’ll come back and edit this review so you know.

Been using it for the last couple months and it’s still going strong. One thing to be aware of is because this is metal, be careful when you are taking it out of your machine! The heat is a bit more noticeable than those plastic versions.

    Overall solid product!
