I picked this machine yesterday and I already love it. It is so easy to setup and operate….

If you have only hard floors, I’m sure this would be fine for you. The issue is that on medium or higher pile carpet, the rubber side brush tangles, so much so that the robot gets stuck, and in order to get it untangled, you pretty much just have to yank it off the carpet since it’s so tightly wound. When this happens, it rips some of rhe carpet up too in the process of freeing it. A definite pass if you have higher pile carpet for sure.
Disappointired –
Got it yesterday. Spend half a day trying first to set it up then to make it work. Mapping was fast and impressive. Mopping after was pretty good ( left negligible wheel marks. Then the problem started. Very loud mop washing. And the worst. Consistent error 44. It couldn’t drain water in to water container. Checked the lids, water filter, rubber thingies on the tank covers and tubes. Called customer support twice. They answered pretty quick but told me to check the same thing. Turned out it happens pretty often with this machine. Now I need to return this huge heavy box back. Very disappointed. The bottom of the dock still has muddy water which won’t drain disgusting Also customer service sent me email with photos that I followed and that’s it.
