The Sonos era 100 surprised me with how good it sounds. Easily beats out every other brand for the price range. The vocals and treble are as clear and as rich sounding as you can get. The bass isn’t fantastic, but it still sounds damn good. The area where this speaker shines is clarity and overall loudness. I’m definitely buying another soon
Make sure to use WiFi instead of Bluetooth, the difference in sound quality is drastic.

Wireless feature and stereo pairing often lose connectivity but well worth the trouble.

This Sonos speaker worked great for the first two months, now connectivity is erratic, when it connects at all. We’ve contacted tech support three times, spent much time on the phone with them, and the problem still exists. The problems began right after the return window closed on Amazon, or we would have returned it. Our internet provider upgraded our modem, still has major connectivity issues. It’s become very frustrating.

This is a great speaker. But I had to return it because it was not compatible with my Sonos bar. 🙁

We are using the Era 100 for a bit of surround sound affect with our Sonos Ray. The Era 100 has great sound quality like you would expect with Sonos, but it is a bit frustrating that you can’t automatically link the Ray and Era to play sound together every time we use it. I have to go into the Sonos app each time and choose to play audio through both speakers. Last gripe I have is you can’t have the Era on the same sound level as the Ray or you will percept a small echo. Overall for the price, I’d get another Era 100 to boost the surround sound.

This speaker is everything I wanted it to be! Sound is so good! Bass is impressive. Major upgrade from my little Bluetooth speaker. Was easy to set up and get connected to my music subscriptions. I debated different speaker options for months….wish I had gotten this one sooner. Worth the price.

A fine upgrade on the Sonos one. The stereo imaging works somewhat but the sound is fuller, richer and the bottom is bigger.

The sound quality is excellent, and they are so easy to use. We have two that are linked, and I love the ability to play anything from my phone. We play music, audiobooks, and even podcasts. We have little kids. The house can get loud, and I cannot tell you how nice it is to have the power to drown them out now and then with some peaceful music. It seriously boosts everyone’s mood.
