There is no way that it gos onto your whisk as easily as they show in their video. It turned into a challenge and I must have spent 15 minutes trying to get everything lined up properly. PERHAPS if the whisk were brand new it might fit smoothly but anyone who has used a whisk knows that overt time that perfect geometric design goes off. I would return this if I weren’t already our of the country.

Save your money but more importantly, save yourself a headache.

The seller reached out to me and provided a ful refund which they did not need to do. Since I’m out of the country I’m used to swallowing the expense of products that are not right for me. I’m hapy this was not the case here. It is not the $14, it is the awareness and proactive service that I applaud them for. As such, if you think this is for you, give it a try. It might work out and if it doesn’t it won’t cost you anything.

Was worried after reading reviews saying it was hard to put on and bent the whisk out of shape. Doesn’t. It is a tight fit but you just have to watch as you slide it on. Make sure the wider wires fit into the wider slots. Have to slowly pull it off, watch the video in the listing. I didn’t have to but maybe put it under hot water to soften it up 1st. Looks thin on listing but it is thick. Gets all the meringue off the whisk instead of fighting with it while trying to scrape the egg whites out of the whisk. It does make a seal with the mixing bowl so I would slow the mixer down as you add sugar, flour etc to batter. The whisk scraper blocks sugar as you add it in so it gets everywhere. Just stop it or slow it down. No problems. Hot water & soap clean up.

I had problems with the product originally but the seller not only refunded me, he sent me a new on with a whisk already attached so I could see how it is supposed to work. This time, the Whisk Wiper did not hit my bowl and I believe that my original whisk is actually slightly bent from years of use, which was also why I had such a hard time even getting the wiper on in the first place. Its not bent so badly that you would look at it and say “oh its bent” but it was enough to skew the placement of the wiper, causing the issue I had originally. The seller went above and beyond and I really appreciate this.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was excited to find this product. Unfortunately it didn’t meet expectations at all
it was kind of tough to put on and then when I started whisking my egg whites, it hit the sides of my bowl, breaking off pieces of the wiper and making my eggs full of bits of silicone and obviously unusable. Unfortunately I didn’t get to try it right after I bought it and now the return window is now closed 🙁 if you do decide that try it test it out right away!!

I guess I should’ve read the description better but it does not fit my mixer whisk attachment for my 6 qt kitchen aid mixer. Kinda sad but the thing is super stiff and hard to even get on a regular whisk. The idea is cool I guess I have a bowl scraper now but no other use for it sadly
