Kept locking up. Had to return it.

This 2 in 1 is not compatible with any stylus meant for drawing. We have contacted Acer directly and they stated there is not a pen that is compatible with this version. Which sucks, because I wouldn’t have bought it if I had known. Other than that, it’s not too bad.

This is my 1st laptop purchase and I couldn’t be happier with the deal I got! I’m still exploring all that this laptop can do, but so far I love it. The display is crystal clear and the touchscreen works like a champ. Combine that with it’s ability of the screen folding back to turn this into a big tablet, and you have one heck of a versatile computer. It might not be the top of the line for speed, but for everyday use it works great. I can’t imagine a better bang for your buck than this.

This seemed like a good purchase, bought it as an upgrade from my wife’s outdated Chromebook. Worked fine, decent performance until the screen died. She typically used it with an external monitor for legal work, but one day the screen simply didn’t work. The rest of the machine appears to be fine, but she can only view the secondary monitor. Since this kind of defeats the purpose of a laptop, I have to either get this one repaired or buy a new one. After a fair amount of online research (Google: Acer Spin black screen) and trying everything under the sun, its probably a better option at this point to just buy a new notebook and avoid the Acer brand in the future.

At first I was skeptical about buying a refurbished laptop, however, I’m not disappointed at all. Honestly I couldn’t even tell that it was refurbished it seemed like a be and new laptop. I’ve had no issues with it thus far after buying it in January. I use it mostly for school because I’m a full time student and it works great. It’s very fast and everything I want. Only one thing I wish is that it had a backlit keyboard but other than that there’s nothing else I would change about it.

Pretty solid computer. Microsoft word home screen. I have the Acer 11 Chromebook and was going to keep the new one and give my old one to my daughter. Well that didn’t quite work out oh, I like my old one. I did find it a little bit noisy. Mine doesn’t make a sound.
