I purchased several of these eeros cat6 cables for my eeros routers … I removed the cables & plugged in the eeros cat 6 cable & it shut down both the modem & eeros router … shut down hard! After changing the cable with the same result I replaced the original cat6 cables. I had to call my internet provider to reset the modem. After several attempts the modem cleared & reset. I had to call tech support at Eeros, they had to log into my system to reset it.
The eeros cables have issues !
