After reading every single review on this item, I was super nervous and hesitant on purchasing it. It seemed like it was 50/50. Either you would get a perfect phone or get a phone with not so great battery health and/or cosmetic damage. I got lucky and received a perfect phone! I have never purchased a phone off of Amazon before but I’m so glad I did😁 I did not notice any cosmetic wear or damage on my phone. It comes with a charging cord but no wall plug for it. This phone is absolutely perfect! Amazon did not disappoint 😁 This phone looks and performs as if I got it brand new out of the store! I love it so much. I upgraded from the iPhone 10 to this phone (iPhone 14 pro max) and I’m absolutely in love with this phone! It seems lighter and bigger than the iPhone 10! Battery life is 100% which I’m super glad, that seemed to be a lot of concerns people had in their reviews. Phone was at 36% when I got it all set up but charged very quickly! Camera looked good, no scratches or damage to it from what I could see!
The only con I guess would be the box was what appeared to be is all scratched up but it did not affect the phone at all.
I’m glad I caved in and purchased this item! I love it so much!!

I really liked that the battery life was good with this phone but not what was stated online. It had no scratches on the screen and was in pretty good condition. The second thing that disappointed me was that it was really scratched up on the back and sides. I paid a good amount of money for this to receive it in just ok condition when it said it was in excellent condition. I would do this again but I’m weary now that it was stated excellent condition but then it was only in good condition.

Was very skeptical buying 2 renewed iPhone 14 pro max gold phones. Both were like new, no scratches on front or back, battery on both were 100%. They came in generic boxes, both had different sim remove tools and not original chargers but that’s not why I bought the phones. Shipped to me in 4 days, regular shipping. Time will tell but they are excellent as described and we were not able to tell they were renewed phones. Aside from the price 1200$ each plus tax, it was a great purchase.

The phone looks and operates perfectly. I was hoping for a better battery health than 87 percent but this is a great phone so if I have to pay Apple to replace it in a year or two, that is ok. My old xr was getting so sluggish, it is great to have a phone that is responsive again.

Update 4/2/2024: oh man, you guys have no idea… it just works! love every single inch of it! it has an eSIM (which i’m glad for real) which makes things so much easier for me to handle! just found out that it can have 2 esims… sheesh! i didn’t know that! i can’t stress enough how thankful i am!

The seller stated as renewed… i was TRULY afraid the the phone would have any details (cosmetics are not a problem for me but electronically, including battery)… you guys have absolutely no idea how p-e-r-f-e-c-t the phone arrived! the only “bad” side of things is that it arrived on a regular white box with the charger cable… but even then, i’ve never been that happy with a purchase! I truly appreciate the seller for giving me something SO perfect!
oh! and by the way to my surprise, battery health arrived with 100%! i won’t change phone for at least another 5 years!

Was very hesitant buying refurb iPhone, happily tho everything worked out just fine. iPhone 14PM had 95% of battery life (really good) and ZERO scratches or dings anywhere, came with screen protector applied (didnt expect that) and all cameras perfect all functions (speakers mics, wifi, bluetooth, faceid) work as they should. Phone was already reset and ready to activate, which it did without issues. I hated the new colours on the 15 series and dont really care for USB C or anything like that as I have years of investments in lightning cables that work just fine. iPhone was shipped quickly and wrapped in bubble wrap in a box. Will keep this seller in mind for future purchases due to the great experience.

Was a little hesitant to purchase a phone on Amazon but it was great transaction. Phone arrived in one day. Phone came in excellent shape, no scratches at all. The only thing I noticed was battery life was 86% but battery lasts me all day. Functions as it should. Good deal.

My purchase of iPhone 14 Pro Max, 1 TB
First, the cons:
– 87% battery health/capacity out of box, which is within their 80-100% specified range for a refurbished phone, but should not qualify as “excellent” condition. This phone has clearly been put through quite a few charging cycles. As soon as the battery capacity falls to 80%, the iOS will throttle down the performance to decrease power consumption. I will need to spend roughly $100 to get a new battery within the next year or so.
– There is a minor scratch near the small screen-side camera, which does not seem to impact the photo quality but is easily visible from beyond the 12″ distance that they claim you should not be able to see any damage from.
– There was a bit of grimy residue around the base of the three main cameras; that area could have been cleaned better.
– For the price paid for this phone, quality should be spec’d as “very good” overall rather than “excellent.”
– Very generic, uninspiring box it was packaged in. Says “Smartphone Device – Data Apps Web” and looks like a prank gift box for a white elephant gift exchange. Overall weak packaging and shipping mailer. The box should be iphone 14 pro max specific and a bit higher quality for the > $900 price tag.
The pros:
– Function has been perfect
– Overall appearance, with exception of very small scratches on screen, is like-new
– Fast shipping
– Provided a wall charger and USB-C to Lightning power adapter
– Price seems reasonable for what you get
Conclusion: Worth the cost and overall happy with the quality of the phone. My only significant pain point is the 87% battery health I got with my phone. For the amount of money they’re charging, I would recommend that they work in battery replacement for any phone below 95% battery health. A phone in “excellent” condition should have an almost-new if not brand new battery.

Came just as described the only thing I noticed were a couple minor problems a tiny scratch on the screen which is barely noticeable and some chipping on the side of the phone in the silver part but the case covers that up perfectly and the battery health is at 92%! Over all I’m happy with the performance of this phone! Would definitely recommend if you don’t feel like dropping 1,000 on a phone and just get one in excellent refurbished condition. I’m able to make payments on it as well!

It’s as they offer, excellent device, no scratches, the battery its still at 92%, something that was a surprise its that I got like 1-2 months of apple warranthy.
im still testing all the attributes of the iPhone but at the time, im really satisfied.
