Considering the price was 25$, I really can’t complain. Works as intended. Simple and easy. Works well in an apartment. 10/10.

the top lid flipper needs to be longer. It’s a weird set up, my older pot had the piece down the length of handle, this one a short one and empty space. The top of device opens up with a long piece which is inconvenient. Works okay.

Just had this for a few weeks but it’s holding up so far. Love its solid build, compact size and few moving parts or features that can go wrong and mess up the main purpose, like a lot of competitors have. Easy to clean and re-use. Basket paper filters fit most easily and snugly but the cone-type are fully functional as long as you don’t let folds in the filter bother you. I go for a large size cup so the capacity here tops out at two of those.

I drink one cup of caffinated coffee in the morning (I’m prone to kidney stones and doctor recommended no more than one caffinated drink a day). The rest of the day is decaf. I love my nice strong caffinated coffee I get from my Keurig. But decaf coffee in the Keurig, no matter the brand, has always been weak. I add decaf instant coffee to my cup to make it stronger. My husband and I tend to drink decaf throughout the day.
I bought this for us for decaf. And it works perfect. The coffee is as strong as I want it. Easy to use and keeps the coffee hot. There’s only two small issues I have. 1) if I want to brew 8 cups, I put about 9 cups of water in it. Otherwise I get about 7 cups of coffee. So add a bit more water than you think. 2) no auto off feature. I have to remember to turn it off so I don’t burn coffee in the carafe. Not a deal breaker. I would definitely buy this again.

I like this coffee maker, because it is not programmable and does not shut off after a time. Can’t beat the cost and it’s a good product. The coffee tastes great to me.

I like this coffee maker precisely for the opposite reasons I had previously opted for those with more options. On others, I had clocks, set to brew timers, regular to strong brew options. You know, basically, I just wanted to make coffee. I used the timer, etc. but didn’t need them. I must have bought several different makers through the years before coming to that conclusion. This is a “put the ground in, pour in the water and press the turn on button” coffee maker. It doesn’t take long to make and you can sneak a cup while brewing. I will say that it is very light weight even with the filled pot in place. You can move it easily so be careful. I’m happy with the no frills, good coffee decision I made with this purchase.

The coffee maker works as it’s supposed to. Brews fine. It’s really hot! But the top hinge was broken. I tried black and decker’s customer support, with no luck. I emailed them and sent a picture the day it arrived, 10 days ago. The website says they will reply within 24 hours. Still nothing. It works, but they should be answering.-
Update-we got a new coffeemaker in the mail today! I’m impressed !!!

It works for me as i only drink 1-2 cups a day. It does not have automatic shut off, but i knew that when I purchased. Easy to clean. Fits in a small space and light enough you can move or store away
