When I received this, we hooked it up and it wouldn’t work. None of the buttons worked. So I got online and read deeper into the reviews on this particular water cooler and found out it’s either a flaw in design, or how it’s handled during shipment, but the buttons all came loose and that’s why they didn’t work (I bought mine “used” and I’m assuming that’s why the other customer returned it). There is a description further down in the comments about how to fix them. You have to remove the 2 top screws and open the compartment, reach down in the front where the buttons are located and realign the arms, make sure they are seated correctly. Once you do this, it works just fine. We are happy with our purchase and it works great. Cold and hot water!!

I recently purchased this water dispenser and have been thoroughly impressed. The setup was straightforward, and it started working flawlessly right out of the box. The water temperature settings are precise, offering perfectly chilled or hot water on demand. Moreover, its sleek design fits well with my kitchen aesthetics. Worked great loved it until the unit stopped dispensing water just stopped working. I would say maybe look into one that may last awhile longer. We use it everyday sadly not sure what I will replace it with another brio it looks nice but it only worked for a yr but has went up in price. I have reached out to brio hopefully they will help me out. We will see how their customer service is. Update coming
Update Brio went above and beyond and fixed the issue even though I was a few weeks past the warranty time. Thank you to BRIO for making this right we love it.

I purchased this cooler to replace one that was being rented from a water delivery company. It was purchased in an effort to save money. The water cooler is a perfect size to fit somewhere and not be in the way. I really love the fact that it is a bottom loader because it can difficult trying to lift a five gallon bottle up on top. The water cooler does not run nonstop and instead kicks on every once in awhile to keep the water chilled which is a plus because it isn’t running up the electric bill. Its also quiet. The cold water is nice and cold and the hot water is very hot. It splashes a little so be very careful with the hot water. Set up was super easy and I’m very happy with this purchase.

We like this spring water cooler because it’s easier to load a heavy bottle in the bottom instead of picking a bottle up and flipping it over in a gravity fed type.
The only issue we are having is that the light doesn’t come on when the bottle is empty. The only way we know is because the pump doesn’t shut off, you can hear the noise. We spoke to the company and they told us what to do to reset it, but it didn’t work. We will try it again after the next bottle is empty.
It’s nice looking and fits great in a small area.

This Brio dispenser is a replacement to an existing one which is about 12 years old. It’s an attractive addition to our kitchen. It is easy to hook-up. It has three tap dispensers, being hot, room temperature and cold water. The water is very hot and is instantaneous similar to the cold water tap. A great water dispenser for our 5 gallon water bottles.

I love the bottom load water dispensers. So much easier to change out 5 gallon water bottles. I bought this dispenser to replace my other bottom load dispenser which had gotten quite loud and, I assumed, was getting ready to quit. The Brio dispenser is very quiet and was incredibly easy to set up. It keeps the cold water at the perfect temperature, and hot water at the perfect temperature. I have no complaints with this at all.

Does exactly what it is supposed to! The cold water is cold, the hot is HOT. It makes a bit of a noise less than the fridge &. only here and there not constant. When first opening there are little blue clips on a few tubes and such that you have to clip off that are not in the instructions but easy enough to figure out. Also you definitely do need to dump the first few cups out as instructions say because it does at first taste a bit off maybe (a little chemically) but it does go away quickly (with following the instructions) but it did seem maybe a little more than the 4 or so cups the instructions say per button; I would instead run a fair amount out of each maybe closer to 6. I’ve had it a month or so now and no complaints! It looks nice, works nice and love having the bottom loader compared to our previous top one!

I had to return a vitapur water cooler after 8 months as it stopped working. This Brio water cooler is so quiet and the water is crisp and cool. I am very happy with my purchase.
