Pros: Long battery life…strong hinges for flipping display from laptop to tablet mode

Cons: A couple times now it will start up with the display turned 90 degrees clockwise (portrait/ landscape). You can either manually turn the laptop in your hands or change the Display mode using the search feature to navigate to the control panel. It’s a nuisance to do when looking sidewise, but a quick fix once you are there.)

The screen resolution and quality for this laptop is very poor for the price I paid for it. It’s not worth half the price. Go to Micro Center first to check out their laptops to make sure you like the screen and features before buying there or on Amazon.

Only thing that I didn’t like was that this product was apparently set up in China? Had to on multiple occasions change the date from China time. Also had questionable issues with downloading programs until I had to clean files off of the hard-drive that were possible loaded. Thank goodness we have the individual security suite on the computers and now a network firewall in place.

Edited to add and change to 1 star: now On March 9, 2022, not even a year of owning this laptop, it has fully given up on me. It hasn’t be dropped or left in a hot car. It now no longer indicates thats its charging, and doesn’t turn on.
3 star: I got this laptop on May 1st 2021 to take with me to college and as I started my career as a teacher, and am writing this review on February 2nd 2022. This laptop started off being great. The touch screen was responsive, the picture quality is great, all the ports worked fine, audio was loud enough for me with the built-in speakers. Then about a month ago, the problems started. My audio/mic jack is no longer working, so I can’t use my headset microphone, and the internal one isn’t great. The touchpad is sometimes unresponsive to taps and needs to actually be pressed down to click, which isn’t too much of an issue, just annoying. Now the clock keeps resetting, making alarms or time management without another clock impossible. Battery life started off great, but now I can’t make it through half the school day without needing to charge it. I would not recommend this laptop to anyone who intends to use it daily or for any sort of communication purposes. Support so far hasn’t been much help with my problems.

In previous review, I gave it only 1 star. Since then, they are trying very hard to work with me to fix the problem. I appreciated the direct contact and concern they had for their customers. The laptop will definitely fill my needs. I will buy again.

We bought this for our granddaughter to use for gaming and school. It is state of the art, super fast and has a long battery life.
