My order was placed on Sept 16th, 2023 and I received everything on Sept 27th, 2023.
This computer and monitors were packaged very well. They didn’t skimp on packaging material.
One little thing when they packaged the 2-24 inch monitors, is that they should have maybe put a piece of cardboard between the monitors that were facing each other when packaged. They were tightly wrapped though and neither were scratched..
The computer itself was packaged very well. So much so, it surprised me on how well it was packaged.
The only little issue I had was my DVD rom drive was not working like it should have been.
I contacted and spoke with someone from Alta E. Solutions and he shipped a new one out to me and I received it in 3 days.
The 2-24 inch Samsung monitors look brand new and the quality of the screen/picture is great. Web pages and videos look fantastic. Also was included were a keyboard and mouse. Although on the cheaper side I’ll hang on to these for backup. 2-VGA and 2-power cables were also included.
The SFF computer is fast, sleek and is a great upgrade from my older Dell. If I needed another system like this, I’d buy this again in a heart beat.
All in all I am more than satisfied with everything. Great products, Great price and most of all GREAT customer service.
If your looking for a system like this. Really, really consider this one.

On a positive note: I previously ordered three of the DELL Optiplex 5070 Micro MFF Desktop PC Intel i5-9500T, 16GB DDR4 New 512GB M.2 NVMe SSD, Wi-Fi BT HDMI New KB & Mouse Windows 11 Pro (Refurbished).
The SATA solid state drive (SSD) in each unit was a Lexar brand (SSD – Not an NVMe SSD) with 512 GB unformatted space. Not being sold on the brand, I replaced them with 1 TB Samsung SSDs. After imaging from the original Lexar drive to the Samsung drive for each system unit, I installed the provided Windows 11 Pro. The Lexar SSD drives will be formatted and used to store an offline bootable back-up of each system to be used in the event of a catastrophic drive failure, security compromise, etc.
I upgraded all units to 32 GB of faster name brand SODIMM RAM. The SODIMM RAM removed from the three systems will used in other systems.
The six USB 3.1 ports function and one of them is a USB C connector.
All system units arrived with new keyboard and mouse.
Two Dell Optiplex 5070 units arrived with built-in Wi-Fi (I disabled Wi-Fi since they are used on a hardwired network). The adjustable antenna was included. One Dell Optiplex 5070 didn’t have the built-in Wi-Fi and antenna (a Wi-Fi USB dongle was included – Also not used).
Note about the Wi-Fi – If you have a Wi-Fi network using version 6 or newer in a multi-node or MESH environment, the included Wi-Fi internal or external (USB Wi-Fi) is older generation and may not allow your MFF PCs reach your network maximum Wi-Fi speed. If using the MFF PCs on a newer Wi-Fi network, plan to purchase a Wi-Fi 6 USB-connected transmitter/receiver.
The Display Port connectors for video is not an issue for me, but if it is for you…purchase inexpensive Display Port to HDMI adapters supporting 4K and connect to monitors.
All 3 previous Dell units have been trouble-free systems running Windows 11 Pro and hope to get several years of use from them.
On a negative note: I recently ordered a fourth DELL Optiplex 5070 Micro MFF Desktop PC Intel i5-9500T, 16GB DDR4 New 512GB M.2 NVMe SSD, Wi-Fi BT HDMI New KB & Mouse Windows 11 Pro refurbished. On 03_03_2024, instead of the Dell Optiplex 5070, I received an HP micro system with Windows 10. I returned the wrong system since it did not meet hardware needs and correct version of Windows. I noticed the shipping box “indicated” it should have a Dell Optiplex 5070 micro form factor unit with Windows 11 Pro inside, so I would guess the sealed HP MFF unit with Windows 10 was a vendor error during packaging/shipping. Fortunately, returns are generally smooth with Amazon and a Kohls return option was within a few miles. The wrong unit will soon be received by Amazon Returns. I am waiting for the correct unit to arrive in a few days and will be able to remove the last system operating with Windows 10.
Received the replacement system in three days. It is in production…all good. I increased the rating from four to five stars.

I was very surprised with what I received. Some of the info provided is incorrect. The computer is a mini with demention of 7×1.4×7.2. The info on Amazon indicated it was 20x14x3 which is incorrect. The picture also shows a WIFI antenna jack that does not exist. However, I was provided with a USB 2.4G WIFI and Bluetooth dongles. I use wired Ethernet so this was not a concern. The info was correct about every other feature. The CPU is gen 9 which permits the installed Win11 Pro OS. Memory RAM and SSD is as specified. I was actually delighted that the size was the mini size instead of the larger computer as it fits my entertainment system needs. Plays streaming video flawlessly and performs like a much larger computer. Very good price. I recommend this purchase if you are looking for a great little but powerful computer.

Part of the casing of the mounting bracket on one of the stands was broke but still holds the monitor. Sometimes one of the monitors have a problem coming on at start up. I just unplug it from the tower and plug it back in. Works just fine after that. Other than that, it likes to say I’m in california when I’m in Illinois. I’m not real tech savvy, but it seems to work for what I’m doing.

The service was good. Its arrival on the specified date. However I was expecting speakers and a camera to come with it. Because of Zoom meetings. Other than that, it is a great computer.

This order was a real mistake. It came from Dell’s China location within two weeks which was fine but the two boxes arrived without the normal alerts all beat up and that scared me. The two monitors were still beat up, damaged in scares and scratches and the dislays were washed out blue and I could not get the color saturation out. The computer respond with Windows 10 and I could not work anything, and sadly I am not in any way capable of understanding all of the issues. The boxes are heavy and returning them through UPS was tough for me but folks helped and now I wonder what the hell I have done. The price was right – but what an adventure….
