The box came wrapped in a massive amount of plastic wrap. Once the plastic was removed, the box was sticky and looked like it had been stored in a wet warehouse. Upon opening the box, the cartridge was in the recycle bag that comes with a new cartridge; not the sealed heavy duty packing new cartridges typically come in. From what I can see, this is NOT a brand new cartridge. Very disappointed.

This product has left faint extra black lines on print projects. Lot of excess black marks and almost a black layer on the pages printed. Horrible product.
