It’s an extremely good quality product. The backplate has a “window” and it helps to go away the heat.
In watching YouTube and browsing in internet you can have 30-35 C, in a well-ventilated PC case, the fan doesn’t spin at all. Also, worth mentioning that the fans don’t spin before the temperature you set, for example, 35-50 C or more till 60 C, I guess. This card has 2.5 slots and is quite huge as per 4070 size. Software, GIGABYTE software is worth mentioning which has a huge different feature, for advanced settings for your graphics card, fan control, RGB control, and many more. Top choice for 2K gaming with all available technologies. Beware, that you can use DLSS + FR + RT, not only FR or DLSS, which leads you to a high frame count and comfort gaming experience during the game sessions. This card is Overclocked really high which is a bonus, from the factory it is set to OC mode, you don’t need to switch anything on the card to start using it. The adapter for 2 PCIe connectors to the ATX 3.0 connector is in the box, looks like a quality product, and has the Nvidia logo on the ATX connector. Personally, I recommend buying this, top-notch video card from GIGABYTE.

First off this is my first time ever buying a graphics card. I have this 4070 super paired with a Ryzen 7 7700x and haven’t ran into any issues. It’s played everything I threw at it running at 1440p ultra. haven’t tried 4k as I don’t have a 4k monitor so I can’t attest to that.

Best CPU for gaming currently. Outstanding performance!. IF you use your PC for gaming only, this is the CPU to get. For productivity tasks that leverage many threads, the 7950 or Intel I7 would be your choice. This processor beats the I9 14900K in many gaming benchmarks.

The biggest reason to pay the $50
premium over the other 4070S models is that if you register the card with Gigabyte you get a four year warranty. Haven’t been able to find that offered from another manufacturer.
Factory OC is nice, puts it in blows with a 3090 more. Maybe 5% more than other 4070S without having to OC manually. Using the 145% max power target does virtually nothing but it’s there if you want it. Having to use the new 12-pin connector is pretty annoying as it doesn’t clip in well and isn’t needed for the power draw of this card. It pulls ~220w max load, my 3080 pulled close to 400 at times and it had a 2×8 pin. But that’s nvidia for you.
Runs EXTREMELY cool even under max load for hours. You’d think a card this fast (and expensive) would produce more heat, but it just doesn’t. If you live in a warmer climate this could be a good card to keep your system from cooking. I saw a 10C reduction in CPU and GPU temps from my 3080 and that isn’t among the hottest cards out there.
Still though, this is expensive but a very good card. Think 3090 with half the VRAM and a fraction of the cost. I’d pay the extra $50 for the extra year of warranty, personally.

I really like this card. I game in 1440P with RTX and with ultra settings. Gorgeous visuals on my Ultra Wide monitor. I am happy with the card and it is getting some excellent reviews online.
Be aware that the connector that comes with the card is cheap and of poor quality. My connectors had a large amount of flash on them. There was no audible click when pushing the connect into the card. I started up several times with no HDMI or Display Port signal. I read several troubleshooting tips online and learned about ensuring that the connector is firmly connected to the card. This solved my dilemma. I have used Gigabyte Motherboards and Video Cards exclusively in the past. Every purchase has been high quality. This connector is below an acceptable standard. I am sure my comments here will save someone hours of time troubleshooting. If you get this card, I believe you will enjoy it.

Ademas con la misma aplicación de gigabyte puedes personalizar el color del rgb para que combine con tu setup.
