I bought the Generic Version LD before the current version one got empty. And when I installed the Generic Version, it never worked and when I contacted the company. They told me it’s not going to work and I have to buy the HP Brand. Which the higher price.
So, I recommend you to buy the I am not going to say the name of the company because I hated, buy the name and save yourself the hassle and the trouble and pay the higher price and get it over with.

The HP 9020 will not print if 1 is dry. Where is the refill bottle? you need to restock as it happens at the worst time.
