WARNING! Don’t buy!!!! renewcorp does not stand behind this “paperweight” of a computer they sell. Was told on Amazon site within 30 day return window to reach out to the company for support. So I did. They aren’t even in the same state so I left numerous voicemails. They DO NOT get back to you. There’s ZERO customer service provided by seller. Turns out the computer was sold but this third party and shipped by third party—- not by Amazon! So Amazon couldn’t even send me a new one without the third party (renewcorp) approval. Which they denied. My computer wasn’t in traditional English but in European English. Therefore all word documents spelled words for work incorrectly. Computer tech looked at it and said the hard drive was totally corrupt and needed replacement. I had to pay a local computer repair company to get my documents back off the system. I also had to buy a new hard drive and ultimately paid more for repair tech than the $125 I paid for the computer! What a waste of time and money. Seller didn’t authorize any refund, replacement nor would they send me a hard drive that wasn’t corrupt. Amazon ultimately gave me support outside of the third party but I’m still unable to work and have no computer. And am our way more money than I should be on this

I really don’t use it much because it freezes and is slow. My youngest kid just mostly uses it for school homework now. But since he now has a better computer than me he doesn’t really need to use it as much. I really wish I knew more about what I was purchasing before I bought this. I would have just gotten a better computer. My oldest son brought from the same link. I only brought from the link because he told me about it. Except the one he bought was newer. I didn’t pay attention to the condition. That is why I wasn’t really satisfied. My son went and bought additional stuff for his and upgraded it because his was not working well either and he needed it for college. He is in school right now for IT. Once he knew what to do to fix the issues with his computer, he did his upgrade and his works fine. He suggested I have him upgrade mine as well. If you need something for basic use, this device is probably fine. If you are using it for Roblox game play or game development this is a no. If you need it for an online business this is also a no unless you upgrade it. Upgrading is not expensive if you know someone who can do this.

I purchased this 7 month ago with the intention of using it as a server, and even though it’s fully capable for that purpose, I’ve been using it as a backup to my main system instead. Not a fan of Windows, so I immediately formatted the drive and installed Linux Mint. Flawless and smooth installation. The only time I’ve had to reboot was when I wiped Mint and installed LMDE6 a month ago. It’s been running great and I have no regrets. I did bump up the RAM to 16GB, so it runs even faster than before. It’s NOT a gaming computer, so you shouldn’t expect it to play recent games. I was so pleased with it that I purchased a second system for my wife. She left Windows on it, but her experience has been very similar and she’s quite happy with it.

This is a small, compact desktop computer that works great and is perfect for my kids to use for games and homework. The price was pretty good considering the price of brand brand new pc’s plus it came with a warranty.
When I received the computer, the first product that I was sent to me did not work, but it only took one email with Customer Service and I had a new computer on my doorstep within seven days as well as a prepaid shipping label to send back the last one. The replacement works wonderfully, but the Bluetooth Wi-Fi dongle wasn’t working. Once again, Customer Service had one sent to me within three days and now everything works just wonderful. Customer service is exceptional and I would recommend everyone ordering from them.

I received my desktop today. Shipped the same day! I am very satisfied with the condition of everything. I was very happy to receive a HP monitor to match! I wasnt expecting the wifi adapter but after reviewing my order I saw it is included. I thought it was a little extra gift because its brand new in the package. The keyboard and mouse aren’t made by a major brand but Im ok with that. They work fine. My only complaint is some of the usb ports look damaged. 2 have some white looking chips or placeholders in them and I cant use them. Other than that its in great working condition. Now I just need a good set of speakers! Home office feels complete!
Update 3/26/2023: Computer has crashed twice. Makes me nervous because I purchased this computer to work from home and if it crashes when I am working it will effect my work.
Update 4/23/2023: I received a replacement on 4/21/2023. The desktop looked in better condition but the monitor is damaged. The monitor does not always turn on so I have to turn the desktop off by the button to try and turn the monitor on. Every time it goes to sleep is loses the ethernet connection. I am so grateful I purchased the Asurion protection plan because they walked me through uninstalling a driver just to get the ethernet connection to work. I have to do this every time I want to connect to the internet. Asurion has advised me to return the desktop and get a refund. I plan on it as soon as I get my check. Both computers were duds. Not worth the headache.
Update 3/7/2024:
So its almost a year later and I still have the replacement computer. I used it pretty consistently up until the fall of last year. It sat unused for months until I recently started using it again. I only use the computer for work and light use purposes. I can say I got my money’s worth on this computer. I did experience issues early on but the fact that the computer is still working speaks volumes. Thank you!

Especially considering the price, this is a great little day-to-day PC with Windows 10. Obviously not for hard core gamers but that’s not the intent of a few hundred dollar machine. It’s reliable and fast enough to do eg banking, emailing, editing, streaming and lots of lower level gaming. Note that it will not upgrade to Windows 11 as is, not having a powerful enough CPU. While Windows 11 is nigh upon us, Windows 10 will be supported into the future (until October 14, 2025 according to Microsoft). 2nd possible drawback is the mini sized toy monitor. I actually put it aside and am using my original one. But that’s just me, it’s quite adequate. Overall a very affordable way to have a reliable perky little PC on your desk.
