Loved the big screen and the additional number keypad. DVD ROM a huge plus.

I was looking for a laptop with great performance, a good screen and no need to upgrade Ram and hard drive. Obviously, this laptop is a good choice for me. It comes with numeric pad and 8GB Memory/256GB SSD, it also provides enough RAM and faster boot SSD. I bought a red one for my boy and a purple one for my girl.

    The good:
1 – This is a very fast laptop with 8GB of memory and 256GB SSD
2 – It has a quick charging feature.
3 – The keyboard is very good for quick typing.
4 – There are lights for the num lock, caps lock and power.
    5 – It has a DVD drive
6- it has Numeric keyboard while nowdays a lot of computer no anymore have numeric keyboard.

The not so good: no backlit keyboard.

however, For this $300+ laptop, we can’t ask more. If you compare the computers among the same budgets, this is the BEST deal you can find. It is good as a daily computer for shopping, web browsing, YouTube, or student for home work, Microsoft Office.

Overall laptop is okay, I found after return policy had expired that my internal microphone is not working with Any type of skype or microsoft teams application, still do not get it; because works fine with zoom and with windows 10 microphone recording, after two weeks of checking everything have came to conclusion that it is a hardware issue with lenovo. Lenovo said to send it in and that it was a hardware issue, But obviously with COVID-19 cannot afford to send in for repair because its my only computer and have to work from home. So not very happy about that, lenovo is supposed to be known for its business workhorse durability, but obviously lacking in the business microphone area. Also do not like how the mouse pad is configured, even though i have adjusted settings its way to touchy and moves screen to different areas, but that is a personal problem. Battery life with out plug it only lasts maybe 2 hours, very poor. Value for money is good overall does what i need, for home office work.

This is about number 4 of these I have purchased for intermediate users this year. It is speedy enough to handle an Office Suite, email, youtube, uploads and downloads, not a ‘speed demon’ but fast and smooth. Not for used to fast Ryzen or i7 machines. But a superb office workstation, large enough screen for bean counters and the keyboard is delightful, it has such a nice touch to it. You can add a larger drive to it easy enough. A good machine for a fair price.

Good laptop. The biggest con for me is the battery life. Doesn’t last too long when it’s not charging. Otherwise a pretty good laptop. Runs games pretty ok too. Runs Minecraft and roblox beautifully. Also I’ve tried farming simulator ‘19 and it’ll run it, just not the best frames. I would recommend this product.

I absolutely LOVE this computer! It has a great CPU, SSD, RAM, and a nice GPU. (For those who aren’t techy, it has great storage graphics, and runs well.) When it’s not charging, it can last anywhere from 2.5 to 5 hours before dying. It charges fast, and the only issue I have is that the graphics card could be better, but for low and medium end games, it runs beautifully. It’s worth the price, and I’d gladly recommend this laptop to anybody I know!

Product didn’t work from day one. I did everything I could to get the computer working with in my power and found out I had an issue with the RAM or needed to do a factory reset but did not have the media drive to do so. When I called Customer service I told them that and I got treated like I was some type of idiot. I was told to turn off and on my computer. When that didn’t work they went through everything else I did and came to the same conclusion I did. They suggested that I down load the media drive but I could not do it due to the computer getting the blue screen of death everytime I tried to install anything on my computer. When I called back a second time I told them I had a claim number and that was ignored and I had to go through 20 minutes of trouble shooting that was unnecessary. The technician then told me that I would need to take it to one of their service partners and get it fixed. They also told me I could find them online at an address that doesn’t exist. I ended up finding the site via google and found d the nearest provider was 175 miles away. I called them to make sure they were still open during the pandemic to find out that they serviced the tablets not the computers. The provider would have to ship the computer to lenova at my expense for $75. The 2nd nearest provider was 300 miles away so I called Lenova again and was treated like an idiot and had to go through 20 minutes of needless trouble shooting after telling them again I had a claim number. I asked if I could just ship it from home and was told that they just don’t do that and they suggested I go to Best Buy they work on their computers and I might have better luck. Why It wasn’t listed was beyond me. I drove 50 miles to Best Buy and was told they do service Lenova Computers but only the ones bought from their location. I called Lenova again and was treated like an idiot and had to go through 20 minutes of needless trouble shooting after telling them again I had a claim number. This time I talked to a manager and after explaining everything to her they agreed to have a technician come to me and fix it and I was told I would hear from her/him in 3 business days. 7 days went by and I called Lenova and was treated like an idiot and had to go through 20 minutes of needless trouble shooting after telling them again I had a claim number. This time I found out the technician was waiting on parts and that was why he did not call. He would be calling me shortly. I was also instructed to download an APP that doesn’t exist and upload a picture of my computer. 1 day later I got a text saying a technician would be out to service my computer on 22 Dec 20. I sat around all day waiting on a technician to show up only to find out he would not be able to show up that day and I would need to make myself available for the 23 Dec 20. I called Lenova on the 22nd and told them that the 23 would not work and I needed it scheduled for the 28th of December. I was assured everything was fixed and the technician would be notified. I received a text on the 23rd saying your technician is on the way and I needed to be available to so that they could provide the service. I called Lenova and was told that the technician was on they way and there was nothing they could do and I would just need to adjust my schedule to accomidate them. Luckily the technician called me directly and I was able to reschedule and I did not have to deal with Lenova directly. If your looking for a computer take my advice and go else where.

So I mainly bought this to play sims. It runs sims great. Like really well. A tiny bit of lag but it goes away when you pull up the menu. The only thing would have to be the battery life. The battery life is pretty terrible. I take it off the charger for 20 minutes and it’s already low. I don’t mind having it plugged up all the time but the battery is just terrible. Which is okay I’m not mad about it. I can deal with it. It can’t run major games like fortnite. Minecraft is pretty good on it.
