This is the silver/white version of the late 2021 14″ LG Gram 14Z90P with 16GB RAM and one 500GB SSD. As expected in a consumer grade laptop made in October 2021, Win 11 home is pre-installed, but you can use Win 10 pro and the LG update app will find all the drivers. The RAM is soldered down, but there are supposedly (and according to the BIOS) two M.2 slots if you are adventurous. There is a fingerprint Windows Hello sensor built into the power switch that works great for log-ins. The lighted keys are decent, especially for a small laptop. Four USB ports (one type C used for charging) are nice. Mainly the 1kg/2.2 lbs. and second M.2 slot are unique in this product class.
There are a couple of negatives as well, which together knock off a star. The added height of the 16:10 display is welcome and the color is decent (not great), but it is pure glossy and reflects every light source in the room or the sky outdoors. The i7-1165G7 has multiple power levels selectable by the LG app, though of course limited by the CPU/GPU temperatures. The cooling system is a bit weak compared to some other (heavier) i7-1165G7 laptops so the area around the processor becomes very hot and there is a throttle down after a couple of minutes. It’s not a laptop that should be run continuously at full power if you want it to last for years. I’d rather have a louder fan if that would dissipate more heat.

I bought this laptop from Colombia and the shipping was faster than the estimated date. The product was in perfect conditions. Despite I was a little scared because of buying a laptop from another country, without knowing if that long trip for a computer was secure, but it was and it worths.
I’m a software developer, it’s too soon to mention about the response of the laptop while coding (not enough use yet), but it’s perfect if you are or want to be a digital nomad. A powerful and light laptop at the same time.
