The case is very pretty, I love the color combo with my new rose gold iPad Air. Sleep/wake functions work fine, and there is no problems with any of the buttons. Price is great. The problem I have is the soft sides- you can very easily pull the sides away from the case, and this kinda makes me nervous that if I grab it without being careful, the iPad might fall or come at least partially out of the case. The corners do seem to hold well, so it may just be something I’m paranoid about because the iPad is brand new. But I’m still looking for something sturdier.
Dec 2020 update- I was contacted by the manufacturer with an offer to receive a model of case that is made of hard plastic. I received it yesterday and it is perfect. It’s exactly what I wanted and I feel like the iPad is very secure in the new case.

Pretty, fits and well made however I mistakenly thought my pencil would be held inside the case. The pencil sits outside and EASILY falls off when moving my iPad from room to room. This would not be a good case choice for use in travel.

First, I was actually able to get the cover on my iPad. Color is beautiful, appears well made, lightweight and durable. I didn’t buy with the idea of drop protection, I wanted something that would cover both the back and front without being heavy and this is exactly what I wanted. I had purchased another, well known, cover, paying $59 and could not get it on my iPad. I wouldn’t force it as I was afraid it would eventually warp the iPad (even with a flexible back). The back on this model is also flexible but just a much better fit. For the price, it’s pretty amazing.

I really love this thing. I was hesitant to put a case on my iPad when I first got it, but I’m so glad I did! It does make the iPad a bit heavier, but that was inevitable, and it’s still easy enough to carry around. The case feels sturdy, it’s a BEAUTIFUL color (just how it looks here), and the magnetic folio cover is such a cool feature! I love being able to just swing it closed with one hand if I need to and not worry about locking the iPad with the button. I’d give this thing 10 stars if I could. Absolutely love. Oh, and the feel of it is so smooth and satisfying! It’s a nice, smooth matte like some book covers have.
(It also allowed me to put stickers on my iPad while still keeping it resellable, because they’re only on the case! And my stickers look really nice against this dark green background. They stick perfectly even on the smooth matte back.)

One of the best cases I’ve had for an iPad ever. Not bulky, auto sleep/wake actually works reliably, the stand props the tablet at a perfect angle if you’re typing with a keyboard or just watching it on a flat surface, Apple Pencil attaches effortlessly, AND you can see the color of the iPad through the back cover, which was a major selling point for me. I’m also really fond of the design and it’s not cheap looking. I don’t know if I’d expect this case to protect your iPad if you’re rough with it or it falls to the ground from a distance, but it’s low profile and will protect the screen from scratches. Also doesn’t interfere with the camera.
My biggest complaint is the case will only hold the iPad up at two distinct angles. This is to be expected with the design of these type of cases, though. Second thing, when I’m writing with the Apple Pencil, the bottom lip of the case kind of digs into my wrist. I just lift my hand slightly and it’s not a problem.
