My first outdoor TV, and glad I purchased this Samsung Terrace. It is in a partially covered area and does receive some direct sunlight. Super bright even when there is direct sunlight and no problems viewing the picture. I did purchase the Samsung Mount, Samsung Soundbar and Terrace cover. All of these components work extremely well with each other.

Great picture and brightness however after 10 months of use it’s developed a vertical black matte (see pic). Casual use, not daily and not left on for several hours. Always covered with a Terrace TV cover.

I bought the TV 8 months ago, but it sat in my garage while my porch was being built. I finally installed it last week, only to discover that the screen was broken. There was no visible damage, but the image appeared with a huge crack. I was worried because I was far outside of the Amazon warranty. Fortunately, they sent a new TV right away. I had it in two days.
When I turned on the new one, I was blown away. The picture is beautiful. I really like the sleek remote and the ease of navigation. I’ve only had it up for one day, but so far I’m very happy.

Easy install and set up. Beautiful picture and the sound is great. I was worried I would need a sound bar. Not for this TV.
Do not use the QR register code for Samsung TV’s. The QR code has been highjacked. I received a bogus charge when I entered my credit card. Fortunately my bank alerted me with the fraud charge within 2 min.

This product was advertised as brand new; not used , only had damage to the box. The unit came without any literature whatsoever, and the volume set up on its highest level is barely audible. Now, what do I do deal with you or the manufacturer as a warranty item? What a waste of time and money.

Great TV for outdoor viewing. We had a Sunbrite TV and the picture could not be seen during the day. The reflection was horrible. This TV is bright and the picture is great during the day. Very little reflection and you can see the picture very well. For the price and the quality of the picture it’s worth the money and it much less than the Sunbrite TV’s. Researched all the others and happy we chose this one. Buy it you won’t be sorry.
