I received the TV and set it up. The “manual” was just about useless. The description said that this was a Smart TV with Wireless Internet, Hulu, Netflix.
Unfortunately, none of that is true!
I called Samsung directly and they tried to walk me through the setup. They realized that this TV was NOT built to connect to a network, and could not be used the way it was advertised.
The picture is great, by the way!
Amazon stood behind me, and accepted a return and promised me a full refund. It’s been over a month now and all I’m getting is requests for information. They APPROVED THE RETURN FIVE WEEKS AGO!
It’s a shame it happened this way!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!!!
