We really love the size of screen. Looking forward to taking off on a trip. So easy to use.
The only issue is the tilt. It is not as easy as they show in video.

I purchased this reciever to replace the AX8100 that came installed in my 2024 Entegra Odyssey. The number one issue I had with the 8100 was the inability to see the screen with polarized sunglasses, the screen just appeared solid black. The screen on the 8500 allows the use of polarized sunglasses. Additionally the screen is much clearer, and sharper and shows less glare than the 8100.
The audio is also substantially improved over the 8100. Even with the same speakers it sounds amazing. Android Auto works wirelessly connecting automatically.
No regrets on this purchase at all. I am very happy with the unit.
