Installed to power Ubiquti door access module. Works fine.

Powers the Aruba AP 535 perfectly but the PoE adapter rattles when you shake it

Got this because it’s advertised to work with CAT6A cable for 10Gb speed, but unfortunately it will not even power up a Wifi6 AP using either CAT7 or CAT8 SFTP. Works ok with older CAT5/CAT6.

I used this device to bring a Ubiquiti U6 Enterprise AP online with 2.5G LAN. Worked great, and I had no issues using CAT5e cabling.
If you need a single 2.5G device to get PoE/PoE+, this adapter works great. If you have multiple devices, then you are better served buying a dedicated 2.5G PoE/PoE+ switch, as the cost of these units is considerably higher than 1G or 100M injectors.

I picked up a TP-Link EAP670 access point that has a 2.5GB connection, but needed either a 2.5GB PoE injector or a 2.5GB PoE switch to run it at full speed. This was the cheaper of the two options, and is working great to power the access point and not slow down connectivity.

I was a bit worried purchasing this for my WAP as I saw other reviews saying that this injector had problems negotiating to 802.3at (Poe+) standards. When I first booted up my WAP with it, a Ruckus R650, it said that it was negotiating at 802.3af. Luckily my WAP has an option to manually set the PoE mode. After setting it to 802.3at mode I had no issues. If your device doesn’t have an option to manually select 802.3at then I wouldn’t purchase it. The auto-negotiate seems to be broken. Otherwise the build quality is great. It’s the only 2.5gbe injector that I could find with a metal housing.

I needed POE to install a TP-Link EAP670 | Omada WiFi 6 AX5400 Wireless 2.5G Ceiling Mount Access Point.
This worked great. Easy plug and use.

Bought it to power a wifi AP. It does it job well. no issues or complaints. Its cool to the touch and powers my hefty AP just fine at a decent distance away. 2.5gbps through the box and all is well.
I would purchase again if I needed a single PoE adapter for any reason.

I’m using two of these with two Omada EAP670 access points and they’re working well. It’s cool to the touch and has a very sturdy metal case.
