I’ve used many different ZAGG screen protectors over the years and have never really had a major problem with any of them. It comes with a template and a screen aligner that you’ve put onto your phone and then attach the screen protector. There’s also a small tool that will smooth out any air bubbles that do happened to come in between the screen protector and the phone. One thing I will say is that you have to thoroughly clean the phone first, and do this in an area where there’s not a lot of dust because the screen protector is very electrostatic and will pick up any dust debris or hair quickly. It is a bit expensive, but does have a lifetime warranty. However, if you break the screen protector you pay $10 for them to send you a new one. I’ve done that several times too and honestly overall it’s not a bad deal. The ones the phone stores are selling are probably twice that much and they don’t give you the warranty. Overall I would say this is a good investment to keep your phone screen from cracking. My husband drops his phone all the time and has broken many screens over the years so having the screen protector is a good investment. He has broke the screen protector several times too but that has saved the actual screen, so in my opinion it’s worth it to have a little Insurance on a very expensive piece of equipment.

Pros: Cut correctly, provides lots of tools for installation, generally smooth and sticky free surface, and almost fully compatible with the fingerprint reader (you will have to retrain your prints after installation, but it works very well thereafter). They claim lifetime free replacements with registration, which I have not yet tested, but this may help offset some of the installation cons below if I can successfully install it on the third or ninth try.
Cons: EXPENSIVE!!
The included jig is not thick enough (think height above the phone) to install it over the alignment pins without it self applying itself to the phone already. Because gravity.
Bubbles everywhere, and it’s good enough at sticking to prevent you from squeegeeing them out. On that note, the protector is not self healing and the squeegee will leave creases that become permanent. Using any small bit of fingernail during handling of your phone will do the same.
It doesn’t have what can only be described as clean or smooth edges, so there’s a sharpness to it that will catch your finger ridges and eventually cause it to lift or peel ever so slightly along the edges, where dirt and dust will get under and prevent it from ever sitting right again.
If you exercise the free replacement, it *may* not come with all of the tools for cleaning for reinstallation of the original kit (alcohol wipes, dust removal stickers, clean dust free microfiber)

If you want your screen to remain clean and easy to read then don’t but this…absolutely a disappointment for the cost. Never ordering this brand again. I could have got a a cheaper off brand that was a 3 pack and had a better product.

The worst screen protector. Smaller than the phone screen and does not fit the alignment tool. Can not remove all the air bubbles. $50 piece of junk.

The accessories provided in this kit, especially the installation frame, made this extremely easy to install square and straight. The screen does tend to hold fingerprints, so it does require regular cleaning, but I suspect that is the result of the anti-glare coating, so well worth the trade-off.

i go this for my phone and it works as described. The finger print reader works with this on my phone and ani glare works perfect also. Installation was also very easy.

This brand has never failed me and after using this for a month I can say that it is one of the best brands to buy for screen protectors. Everything functions just as it should, and placement is very easy to do and doesn’t take much effort. Also, for the price point is perfect, it cost money to protect your investment.
