Started right up and had my old files transferred from a windows 10 desktop with no problems. Very happy to be up and running within a couple of hours.

I did not receive the complete product. 1/2 of the power cord was missing. PC Online did send the other half in a timely manner, Even though they would not answer their phone line with repeated calls. Had to use the mesenger service through Amazon. Alas, when I tried to power the device up it would not stay on. Furthermore it would not send a signal to the monitor with either the monitor cable or an HDMI cable. Checked monitor with a different computer and the monitor worked fine. Would have been a great product for our use at the local American Legion, but ….. we will search for another product for our needs.

Acer makes a quality product. Capabilities are excellent for a computer of this size and price. Make sure you also purchase Real Microsoft Office software, not knockoff Amazon.

It would not boot up. I called their support and after the trouble shooting process, I was told to return it. I ended up buying a different , newer Aspire model.

I was not sure about this one and it seemed kind of cheap, but I’m very impressed with it so far ! Very fast computer, but I do not use it for any gaming at all ! I don’t know how it will hold up but so far it’s Great !
It’s a low cost way to try out Windows 11 but you should get the one with 2 TB Hard drive and 16 GB Ram
because that’s what makes it a good deal and that’s what makes it so fast also !

Shipped and arrived quickly. Arrived in great shape. Works perfect
