It finally happened: knocked over a glass of water which then dripped through the top of my last case into the PC, frying parts of my mainboard.

So figured since I was fearing that would happen for years here and there, why go through all of that again, just buy a case that is reasonable without a top-fan, instead it rocks a bottom-fan, the comparisons I found showed that it makes essentially 0 difference for spreading hit.

    It’s pretty hefty, which I don’t mind, couldn’t care less that it’s see-through.

Really a fan of this case. It looks great and holds a lot of fans which is a huge help for me.

My old case had no room between my 7800 GPU and power supply. This case moves the PSU to the top of the case, no more overheating. I have a total of 7 120mm fans two of which are on my 240 liquid cooler. Everything is running nice and cool.

Easy to open up and work on and plenty of room for internal wire management (Forgive my external wire management)

If I ever need another one, this is it.

I’ve done many cases over the years. Thermaltake. Antec. Lian-Li. NZXT. Coolermaster. I’ve always found myself going back to Antec, as they have excellent layouts and everything you’d want in a case. This C8 is no exception. Lots of fan options, 98% tool-less, little niceties like an included small bin to organize your extra screws. Front panel connector is now a single line instead of all those little connectors you have to read schematics to put in because you can’t remember Intel’s layout when you build a new PC once every few years. Purchased Antec Non-A RBG fans to go with it, since this doesn’t include any. Not a big deal. Lots if space on the backside for SSDs and 3.5” drives if you are still rockin’ those. Panels come off easily and are secured just as fast, and you can rest assured they aren’t going to jiggle around. Motherboard installed easily, lots of airflow and barely audible even with 10 120mm fans. Even pushing it hard during a stress test the fans never spun past 600 RPM. 68F ambient temperature. CPU and Asus AIO keeps the Intel i5-12600k around 32-37c, even under heavy gaming with Starfield at max settings. The video card fans barely even spin up due to the cooling from the bottom intakes. Excellent quality case. Front side and bottom are intakes, rear single 120mm for exhaust, and plenty of room for my 360mm AIO and 3 120mm exhaust fans up top.

If you have the space, this is what you want. Again, its MASSIVE. Not Thermaltake Tower 500 massive but still huge in its own right. See video for fan audible levels during idle.

Excellent case for the price, I prefer it over the Lian Li one (the case this one took inspiration from)

It has glass panesl so you can look into your PC, you can also open the door really easily so you can adjust anything inside of your PC at any time without taking off any screws, building in it was so easy

    I’d recommendi t

Just being completely real, I’ve never heard of Antec until I searched “Full Tower Case” and this popped up. I originally went with the NZXT H9 Flow for my latest build because I wanted to drastically improve the airflow in my latest build (X670e godlike, 4090 Suprim Liquid X, etc) because my precious NZXT case was getting really really hot with this build.

I’m blown away. Not only is this case beautiful to look at, it made cable organization, installation AND air flow of my latest build the EASIEST piece of cake for an E-ATX motherboard build. Cable management was lovely, everything tucks perfectly in the back and for someone with 5 hard drives, everything still fits perfectly.

Not only that, but the heat management while using some Noctua premium fans.. ITS COLD, the ventilation on this build is so great.

Note: this does NOT come with fans so plan on buying some (which like I said, I bought a bundle of Noctua fans). 5 stars without question. I wish it would’ve at least came with some case screws for fans but I had some extra ones.

Fish tank style PC case. Visually great, affordable for the size and quality you’re getting.

Great spacing all around, was able to fit 9x fans, 3x of which were mounted on a 360mm AIO cpu cooler. Have enough for another fan on the back. Opted not to install because I want positive pressure in my case (5 in, 4 out)

Enough room in the back for cable management. Very easy to install all the parts.

Very good base for a gaming pc lot of ventilation and space modularity good job

One thing to consider is having a AIO cooler 360mm will be too long and thick with a graphic card like a msi 2080ti gaming x trio i had to replace my corsair h150i for a corsair h100i 240mm

I really love this case. It looks beautiful and the fact that it has 2 tempered glass panels is really cool! This is especially important when considering that cases like this are normally $140+.

    Pros:
    – Dust filter included!
    – The bottom dust filter is actually a pull-out tray/dust filter which is super nice!
    – Power supply shroud is at the top of the case which in my opinion makes the case look neater and less crowded.
    – Tons of screws included (and cable tie-downs/velcro) so they supply all that you will need.
    – Graphics card holder is included which in today’s day and age where graphics cards are getting heavier this helps ease the stress on the PCI express slot.
    – Enough room for cable management and there is places along the edges of the case to router cables around for less crowding of cables.
    – 2 SSD slots in the back and 2 hard drive cages.
    – Top panel has light-up USB 3.0 slots so if you like that then it’s there.
    – Possibility to have:
    – Vertically mounted graphics card
    – 2 radiators/water cooling
    – The tempered glass door can be taken off which is nice!
    – The ability to fit E-ATX motherboards
    – Overall everything looks very nice.

    Cons:
    – If you are wanting to mount 3 fans onto the side of the case or do anything special towards the top of the case you will have to remove one if not two of the hard drive cages because there isn’t enough space for 3 fans and both drive cages.
    – Maybe it’s just me but having a cutout in the power supply shroud is a downside because at least for me my Seasonic power supply doesn’t look that good lol.
    – There are these cut-outs at the bottom of the case which I assume is to feed wires through but they are just so big that you can see the cables being routed at the bottom/backside of the case. It’s just more of a cosmetic thing.
    – Doesn’t come with fans, which I know increases the price of the case but could be a downside for some people.
    – The front panel, unfortunately, doesn’t have combined audio and mic jack. Which could maybe be a problem for some people?
    – From my understanding, if you want to put 3 fans at the bottom of the case you will have to (temporarily) remove one of the bottom case stands to access the area to screw in a 3rd fan. I only had 6 fans so placing only 2 at the bottom wasn’t a problem but for some people, it could be.
    – No cable shrouds included which is purely just cosmetic/cable management problem but it would be nice to have the ability to cover up some of the cables being seen through a hole put in the case. However, it could increase the price so it’s fine.

Overall this is a wonderful case, and for the price, it’s even better! I would recommend this case to friends (already have) and would personally buy this case again if given the choice!
