Apart from that it’s a nice gaming laptop but I’d did annoy me with being mislead

Had to pay annoying import costs but aside from that is a great package for the money.
You definitely have to run updates first as it’s glitchy as hell until you do. connecting to external monitor can be temperamental at times but opening the lid once is the quick fix. Otherwise no issues.

After 20 days of use , laptop stuck at BIOS saying that there is no storage device (as photo). Tried to report the problem to amazon to get it fixed but I received answers from a computer making no sense. Paying 850 pounds and cannot reach and talk to anyone means that I have no service at all from the company I purchased the product. Now I am trying to contact ASUS.
