Qu’il est loin le temps où la marque peinait à trouver sa place face aux « grandes » marques ! Depuis, Belkin a su puissamment monter en gamme au niveau de la conception de ses produits, au point d’égaler, voire de surpasser, ses fameuses grandes sœurs. Alors certes, les prix ont augmenté de manière significative dans le même temps, mais demeurent toujours moins élevés que ladite concurrence.
Ici, ce chargeur de voiture est à la hauteur des attentes, avec un prix qui oscille entre 24.99€ (au jour de ce commentaire) et 30€. Au programme, un chargeur avec deux entrées, une USB-C et une USB femelle, et surtout la promesse d’une recharge particulièrement rapide, et donc parfaitement adaptée aux nouveaux smartphones qui ont des besoins supérieurs à leurs prédécesseurs. En l’occurrence, ce chargeur permet de recharger rapidement un iPhone 15 de zéro à 50 % en moins de 21 minutes ou un Galaxy 23 de zéro à 50 % en 26 minutes. Ce qui est évidemment bien meilleur que ce que les classiques chargeurs de voiture proposent habituellement.
De surcroît, il permet de recharger deux appareils simultanément, même si la puissance de charge est alors moins élevée.
Enfin, grâce à la technologie PPS, le chargeur (et cela survient conséquemment aux deux fonctions précédemment évoquées) adapte la tension et le courant de sortie suivant les besoins de l’appareil, de sorte à offrir une charge sécurisée, quel que soit ledit appareil (en gros qu’on soit avec un iPhone 15 ou un Galaxy 17). Là aussi, dans le quotidien familial, c’est pratique.
De fait, si le prix est supérieur aux chargeurs de voiture classiques, les performances offertes ici sont toutes autres. Si vous avez un smartphone de moins de deux ans (environ), ce chargeur est fait pour vous : vous ne rencontrerez plus de problème de charge une fois en voiture ! Dans le cas contraire, vous pouvez vous offrir un appareil d’excellente tenue, sûr et fiable, même si vous n’exploiterez pas toutes ses capacités. Pas très grave, car les finitions de l’appareil laissent à penser qu’il est fait pour durer…

Al viajar en coche acompañada, muchas veces me ha resultado un inconveniente cuando varios de nosotros necesitamos cargar nuestros móviles al mismo tiempo, pero mi antiguo cargador solo tiene un puerto USB. Además, la velocidad de carga era bastante lenta lo cual resultaba bastante tedioso. Es por ello que decidí probar este cargador puesto que cumple a que ofrece justo lo que necesito: múltiples puertos USB y carga rápida.
A continuación, voy a comentar las características más destacables del producto, detallando tanto sus ventajas como sus desventajas:
Descripción: el cargador Belkin BoostCharge está diseñado para coche y ofrece una carga rápida y simultánea a todos los dispositivos inteligentes alimentados por USB. Cabe mencionar que cuenta con tecnología PPS, por tanto el cargador ajusta dinámicamente el voltaje y la potencia de salida para optimizar la carga según las especificaciones de cada dispositivo.
Características: el cargador cuenta con dos puertos, uno de ellos es un puerto USB de tipo C que ofrece una carga rápida a 30W y el otro es un puerto USB de tipo A que ofrece una carga de 12W. La carga rápida garantiza completar la batería de un dispositivo móvil del 0 al 50 % entre 21 minutos y 26 minutos.
Ventajas
✅ Carga rápida: considero que es una gran ventaja puesto que reduce el tiempo que tienes que esperar para cargar completamente un dispositivo. Además, es ideal para cargar el móvil durante viajes largos puesto que se agota muy rápido la batería al utilizar tanto tiempo el GPS.
✅ Carga simultánea: permite cargar varios dispositivos al mismo tiempo, en mi caso me resulta muy necesario cuando viajamos varias personas en el coche, puesto que antes teníamos que utilizar una powerbank auxiliar o alternar los móviles para cargarlos.
✅ Relación calidad-precio: algunos clientes podrían considerar que el precio del producto es elevado en comparación con otros cargadores similares, sin embargo, considero que está justificado puesto que la marca Belkin fabrica productos de calidad y ofrece una amplia garantía.
Desventajas
❌ Desde mi punto de vista, este producto no tiene ninguna desventaja. A pesar de no haber mencionado ningún inconveniente, es posible que después de que lo use más veces cambie de opinión. Actualizaré esta reseña en caso de ser necesario.
Los productos de la marca Belkin nunca decepcionan. Recomiendo encarecidamente este cargador de coche por las múltiples ventajas que ofrece, entre ellos los múltiples puertos USB y la carga rápida. A pesar de que el precio pueda resultar elevado, estoy muy satisfecha con la relación calidad-precio.

I own a number of Belkin products, all of which have been totally reliable and long-lasting. I tend to pay somewhat more for their brand because they have a very good, well-earned reputation in the market (and in our home).
We took a road trip recently and tested the “Belkin BoostCharge Dual Car Charger 42W w/Fast Charge.” The charger met all of our expectations on charging speed and overall performance. We have another, slower charging device in the car for our iPhones that is now relegated to being “The Backup.”
Overall, this is another excellent product from Belkin that rates a full 5 stars.

Keeping phones charged has always been a issue for me. It never fails, I get in the car to go somewhere and realize my phone is at 10%. I’ve been using cheaper chargers for a long time. They seem pretty good in the beginning, but then I always start having connection issues where I am hanging my phone in all sorts of positions trying to get the cord to connect. I finally got sick of the hassle and decided to give this charger a try. It is at a higher price point than I’ve ever ordered, but over the last couple months of use I’ve decided the quality matches the price. This charger smoothly fits into my car’s charging port. I’ve had no issues at all with it. I like that is a dual charger so my passenger can also charge. I’ve had no overheating or connection issues. Belkin is a high quality brand that I have found very dependable.

I drive an older vehicle that has only one USB port, and I use that for playing music via a USB thumb drive. So, it is very inconvenient when I need to charge my phone or iPad on the go. I saw this adapter, and having owned other Belkin products, I knew it would likely be a useful, quality product. I wasn’t disappointed. It has two ports, a USB-C port with 30 watts of power, which works well with my iPad. The USB-A port has 12 watts, which is plenty for my iPhone. Plus, it can charge airpods and other devices that use a USB port. It is a great addition to my vehicle, and a well-built quality product, as well.

I’m someone leery of purchasing off-brand electronics that have a direct-connection to my portable electronic devices that have a data connection. Considering the long time industry experience and positive notoriety of Belkin, I have zero issues using this with my Samsung S22. The QC and high-amp old-school USB plugs both kick out the rated power. I take this with me everywhere when I travel for work and get a rental car. Nothing is worse than getting a rental car that doesn’t have a USB port to charge with.

On road trips, when I am constantly using my GPS, my built-in car USB charger can only barely keep my battery at its current battery level, it’s hardly ever effective at charging it up, especially after the phone heats up. I was very pleased to notice that this charger will take my almost depleted cell phone and charge it, even while the GPS is on—a win in my book(iPhone 14pro). A bonus, my wife can connect her phone using the standard USB connection and keep a full charge as well.
