This inexpensive Crosley turntable is a bit of a sleeper. Yes, it is made of plastic and most everything is fixed and can’t be adjusted. However, unlike it’s stable mates, this cheap Crosley has an Audiotechnica moving magnet cartridge and a metal tonearm. Played through an external phono pre-amp it sounds much better than it deserves to (it has a defeatable internal pre-amp, but I have not used it). I am using it with an old Scott receiver and Wharfdale Denton speakers and it is very musical. It does not have high end sparkle in the treble or particularly deep bass, but the mids are warm and clear and the sound stage is excellent. It is very, very listenable, no fatigue, just music. This budget record player is very forgiving of old records and poorly recorded records and snaps and pops are reduced. A great garage, office or kids record player if you are on a budget or just want to dust off some old records and play them without investing in a new system. Highly recommended.

At first this turntable appears to be a clone of the Audio Technica but it is inferior. Overall it worked and sounded fine but the turntable was woobling so badly I had to return it. I really wanted to like it due to it’s great price and small footprint.

I was disappointed that there is no speaker, you need to hook a speaker up to the unit or have a Bluetooth speaker.

Easy setup less than 5 min. Has a great sound quality definitely would recommend getting this one! Reasonable price great gift idea also

The bluetooth on my player died after one day. The light won’t come on and it won’t connect. Update: The second player I received was missing the stylus. Very poor quality control.
