First I will say the PC itself works as I expected, after the add-ons were replaced. I bought it for basic functions for running basic word documents, spreadsheets, and paying bills etc. and am pleased with it. Takes an extra second or two to open a second spreadsheet, but I am okay with that. However, this is advertised as WiFi and Bluetooth. These features are not internal but done with USB adapters. The WiFi adapter they sent me was VERY slow, when it worked at all, making the PC appear very bad. My router is about 20 feet from this computer and my work computer, TV’s, and everything else works just fine on fiber optic internet. I connected an Ethernet cable straight into the PC and it is like a different machine, opening web pages very fast. Second, the Bluetooth adapter they sent would not transmit past my monitors 3 feet from the PC. I literally had to hold my headset behind the monitor to get it to connect and it would loose connection when I sat down. Total junk. I ordered a $12 Bluetooth adapter and I can go to the next room. Third, the power cable they sent me did not hold into the plug on the PC very well and if you moved the tower, it would loose connection and shutdown. I have multiple power cords and simply replaced it and the issue is solved.
In conclusion, for the money the PC is great and does what I want it to but only after I made the upgrades to the accessories. If they would send a decent quality WiFi adapter and Bluetooth adapter I would have given it 5 stars. The plug I don’t see as a regular issue, but unless they upgrade the adapters they send you, plan on ordering those for yourself.

I was looking to upgrade my current PC and the cost of upgrading would have been a little less than the total cost of this unit. Set up was easy, no surprises, and it performs very well. And the price was very reasonable. This was a nice score for me. The only downside I am aware of it is it does not meet the requirements for Windows 11. Other than that, I am very pleased and recommend this model. I don’t do gaming but I create training courses on media-intensive platforms and this unit handles everything nicely.

Such an improvement over my 10 year old PC that was on its last leg. Everything we needed to get started and connected. Fast for Internet and doing docs. Good storage space as well all at a reasonable price.

Bought this computer for work and school, so far it’s working great. The day I received it and hooked it up, the internet adapter didn’t work. I emailed the place that I bought it from and they sent me a new adapter over night. Really good customer service. I’m glad I made this purchase.

I was needing to replace my oudated Windows 7 PC and didn’t want to spend the money for a new PC. This renewed Dell model exceeded all my expectations. It came well packaged, looked like new and when I plugged it in it took me through the windows setup quickly and easily and I realized this computer is better than a new one, it doesn’t have all the bloatware and unwanted apps and advertising that most new PC’s come with. It is lightning fast compared to my old PC and I easily moved all my old files over using a memory stick. The only con is that the keyboard, mouse, and wireless dongle that they sent along are cheap but I didn’t need those things anyway so I’m happy not to have had to pay more for them. I’d definitely recommend Amazon renewed to anyone.

The first one of these I bought turned out to be a lemon as it wouldn’t hardly boot up and it finally failed completely. I returned it and re-ordered the exact same one again. This replacement is a dream and has no problems. Amazon was great as they immediately swapped it out for a second one and kept the price the same. With all the features on this computer, if everything works, it is a real bargain! Even the DVD player works. It is compact, quiet, and does what it is supposed to do, including a lightning fast boot up since it has a 1 TB SSD drive. My wife is very happy with it. Just make sure you test the computer completely before you start loading your personal data on it, and if you do have to send it back, follow their instructions on how to destroy any personal data before returning it.
Since it is renewed, my only wish is that that the manufacturer would do a better job of making sure these computers work during their “tests” before they ship them out which would save customers from having to send the lemons back. Best to keep the lemons for making lemonade, not inside computers!

Arrived a week early than the earliest expected delivery date and the PC looked brand new. Easy to setup and installed Atlas OS after getting it setup. Keyboard and mouse bundle it came with felt cheap but absolutely useable.
It didn’t come with a HDMI or DisplayPort cable so you’ll need to have a extra one handy.

My old Dell XPS8300 was my pride and joy for the last 11 years. Somehow over the last few months, I picked up a bug or something that lagged it big time, sometimes taking 10 minutes to shut down or startup!
Well, after a little shopping I decided to go with this Optiplex 7050. Took a little longer to deliver than I had hoped for, but all in all I got it in 12 days.
I had expected the SSD to be a SATA drive, but as it turned out, it’s an M.2 drive, even better according to the specs! I did swap the board battery to be on the safe side though.
Well, needless to say, this thing is a ROCKET!!!! My old desktop would get around 220mbps download speeds, whereas this baby is getting 500!!!! OMG! Startup times are around 12 seconds, and shutdown is pretty instantaneous!!!
I highly recommend this desktop to anyone, first for the price, second for the performance, and third because I said so!!! You won’t be disappointed!
